Abstract

本实用新型提供一种顶置蒸发器的吸收式制冷系统与设备。主要包括:自吸收式制冷系统引出的蒸发管或板,蒸发器中的氢气管及连接在蒸发管或板上的制冷剂管构成的蒸发器主体,垂直于吸收式制冷系统的主体,且水平设置于保温箱体内的顶部。本实用新型可提高蒸发器的换热效率,减小与制冷系统的热短路,扩大了冷藏空间;减低材料消耗和制造成本,广泛适于冷藏、冷冻产品的生产。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及吸收-扩散式制冷技术与设备,特别是涉及一种上置蒸发器的吸收式制冷系统或吸收式制冷设备。
技术背景  现有技术中,吸收式制冷系统延伸至冷藏空间的的蒸发器,均平行设置于保温箱体内腔的背面或侧面,这种安装方式,在产品性能和使用过程中还存在下述缺欠。1、由于蒸发器位于箱体的侧面或背面,冷量向下循环,造成箱体内顶部与底部的温差过大,例如:容积为50L左右箱体的上、下温差大概在8℃左右;2、背面或侧面安装蒸发器,占用了大量的箱体冷藏空间,使较长或较宽物品的冷藏受到极大限制;3、蒸发器与吸收式制冷系统平行设置于保温层的两侧,致使冷端与热端距离过近,除需增加保温层的厚度和材料成本外,还因冷热渗透损失一部分制冷量,使制冷性能下降。由于吸收式制冷系统还存在上述缺欠,为进一步提高系统的制冷性能和应用范围,亟待研发一种温度梯度小、制冷性能好、制造成本低的吸收式制冷系统,使之得以广泛应用。
发明目的  本实用新型所述的顶置蒸发器的吸收式制冷系统与设备的研发目的,是提供一种温度梯度小、制冷性能好、制造成本低的吸收式制冷系统,便于吸收式制冷系统的推广应用,尤其是在民品中的应用。
技术方案  本发明所述的顶置蒸发器的吸收式制冷系统与设备的技术方案为:自吸收式制冷系统1引出的蒸发管2或板3,内置于蒸发器中的氢气管路4及连接在蒸发管或板上的制冷剂冷凝管5构成的蒸发器主体6,垂直于(忽略液体循环角度)吸收式制冷系统的主体,且水平设置于(忽略液体循环角度)保温箱体7内部的顶面。
在不同制冷容积和不同产品结构中,蒸发器主体可采用盘管式、板式、直管式和方框式等多种结构。
有益效果  本发明所述顶置蒸发器的吸收式制冷系统与设备的有益效果:
1、可提高蒸发器的换热效率,减小与制冷系统的热短路;
2、减小了蒸发器的空间占有体积,扩大了冷藏空间;
3、减低材料消耗和制造成本,广泛适于冷藏、冷冻产品的生产。

具体实施方式
实施例1:是顶置盘管式蒸发器的吸收式制冷系统。盘管的循环方式可采用横盘管,如图1所示。也可采用纵盘管或其它盘管方式。循环方式与现有技术相同。
实施例2:是顶置板式蒸发器的吸收式制冷系统,如图3所示。板式蒸发器的主体可采用铝吹胀板工艺制作,也可采用铁质压型焊接的工艺制作。
实施例3:是顶置直管式蒸发器的吸收式制冷系统,如图5所示。

1、本实用新型所述的顶置蒸发器的吸收式制冷系统与设备,其特征在于:自吸收式制冷系统引出的蒸发管或板,内置于蒸发器中的氢气管路及连接在蒸发管或板上的制冷剂冷凝管构成的蒸发器主体,垂直于吸收式制冷系统的主体,且水平设置于保温箱体内部的顶部。
2、按权利要求1所述的顶置蒸发器的吸收式制冷系统与设备,其特征在于:在不同制冷容积和不同产品结构中,顶置蒸发器主体可采用盘管式、板式、直管式或方框式结构。
3、按权利要求1所述的顶置蒸发器的吸收式制冷系统与设备,其特征在于:顶置盘管式蒸发器的循环方式可采用横盘管,也可采用纵盘管或其它盘管方式。
