技术领域:
本实用新型涉及缝纫机零部件,特别是一种直驱绷缝机的驱动轴连接结构。
背景技术:
现有直驱绷缝机的电机通过上轴或下轴驱动其他部件运行,通常受电机驱动的上轴或下轴亦称之为驱动轴,驱动轴与电机的连接结构如图1所示。受绷缝机位置限制,电机1和绷缝机的驱动轴3位置固定,由于电机1的电机轴1.1比较短,与安装于驱动轴3端部的联轴器2还有一段距离,电机轴1.1通过联轴器5与连杆4连接,连杆4的另一端再与联轴器2连接。由于电机1通过两个联轴器5、2、连杆4与绷缝机驱动轴3连接,联轴器5、2带来震动、噪音等弊端,使用寿命降低;电机1与驱动轴3的同步性差,影响绷缝机的起停速度,驱动轴控制不准确,易出故障,从而增加整机的不稳定因素。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、驱动轴控制准确、提高整机性能的直驱绷缝机的驱动轴连接结构。
本实用新型的方案是:包括电机及电机轴、联轴器和绷缝机驱动轴,电机轴长度加长,直接通过联轴器与驱动轴连接。
本实用新型的优点是:电机的电机轴长加设计,直接与绷缝机的驱动轴连接,无需连杆和联轴器部件,从而使绷缝机生产成本降低,结构更加紧凑,彻底解决了电机轴与缝纫机驱动轴的同步性问题,安装精度容易得到保证。克服双联轴器所带来的如震动、噪音等各种弊端,使用寿命延长;同时也最大限度的提高缝纫机的起停控制精度,提高整体性能。
