为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案，本实用新型包括料仓，料仓上端为进料口，料仓的底端为出料口，其结构要点出料口的上部设置有挡粉罩，挡粉罩与出料口之间设置有朝向出料口倾斜的喷嘴。

由于本实用新型的出料口的上部设置有挡粉罩，挡粉罩与出料口之间设置有朝向出料口倾斜的喷嘴；当料仓加满粉料时，挡粉罩以上的粉料就会压在挡粉罩上，使出料口堆积少量的粉料；当出料口打开时，粉料则从挡粉罩与料仓壁之间流下，同时喷嘴向出料口吹风，使流态粉料顺利流出出料口，避免了粉料堵塞出料口，保证了生产的正常运行。
