本实用新型以前,市场上的散热器,品种和款式多种多样,材质多为金属材料,以铜铝合金为材质的复合柱翼型散热器产品的组件是将一铜管穿入由冲压模具挤压的铝材散热翼片通孔内,并通过对铜管胀接,与铝材散热翼片固定连接,介质从铜质管道中通过,通过散热翼与外界进行热交换,通过多组该结构散热片连接提高散热量,就要增加原材料消耗,提高产品成本,且制造工艺复杂。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述的缺陷,提供一种双水道翼型散热片型材,它简化了原有复杂的制造工艺,节约了原材料,降低了产品的成本。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案实现的:一种双水道翼型散热片型材,其特征在于:它有两个并列设置的柱形水道,在两个柱形水道的外表面依次沿其轴向规则固接有两个相对应的主散热翼,在两柱形水道外侧的外表面依次沿轴向规则固接有副散热翼。
所说的主散热翼截面为梯形。

2、根据权利要求1所述的一种双水道翼型散热片型材,其特征在于:所说的主散热翼截面为梯形。
