一种球形灭火弹,涉及消防灭火器材技术领域,为解决纸质弹壳的灭火弹防潮、防泄漏、防破损而设计,它由弹壳1、防漏防渗膜2、灭火剂3、火药心4、速燃引信5、护罩6、发射药包7和装弹牵拉绳8组成:弹壳1为纸质球状成型,内敷防漏防渗膜2,弹体内充装灭火剂3,中心部位装有火药心4,速燃引信5一端连于火药心4上,另一端露装在弹壳外面,由纸质护罩6罩扣保护,弹体外位于速燃引信5的外露部位的同侧装有装弹牵拉绳8,对侧装有发射药包7。本实用新型采用球形结构,弹体各点面在发射过程中受力均匀,不易破损,弹壳内壁敷有防漏防渗膜,装液态灭火剂不泄漏,装固态灭火剂不受潮,适合发射装置发射,用于远距离灭火。

背景技术:
一般的纸质弹壳灭火弹,不易伤人,易降解,使用后不污染环境。但易受潮,易泄漏,发射时易破损,不利于储存和使用。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种球形灭火弹,为解决纸质弹壳的灭火弹防潮、防泄漏、防破损而设计,它由弹壳1、防漏防渗膜2、灭火剂3、火药心4、速燃引信5、护罩6、发射药包7和装弹牵拉绳8组成:弹壳1由多层纸按球状成型,内壁敷有防漏防渗膜2,弹体内充装固态或液态的灭火剂3;弹体的中心部位装有火药心4,速燃引信5的一端连于火药心4上,另一端露装在弹壳1的外面,由纸质护罩6罩扣;弹体外位于速燃引信5外露端部位的同侧位置装有装弹牵拉绳8,对侧位置装有发射药包7。以压气发射装置发射的灭火弹,其弹体上免装发射药包7和装弹牵拉绳8。
本实用新型的弹壳由于采用了球形结构,使弹体的各点面在发射过程中受力均匀而不易破损,可装填各种固态、液态的灭火剂,适合发射装置发射,用于远距离灭火。

具体实施方式:
结合图1说明本实用新型以普通发射筒发射的弹体结构和实施方式:弹壳1采用多层纸质材料做成圆球型,其内壁敷有防漏防渗膜2,弹体中可针对A、B、C、D四类火灾的扑救需求,装填干粉、二氧化碳、水等固态、液态的灭火剂3。纸质弹壳的使用,一是在弹体爆开后形成极碎的纸片,不易伤人,二是在用于森林、草原灭火后,残留物易降解,不污染环境;防漏防渗膜2的设置,一是在装填液态灭火剂时,可防泄漏,二是在装填干粉类固态灭火剂时,可防外部潮湿空气渗入弹体而造成灭火剂结块。火药心4安装在弹体的中心部位,速燃引信5一端连于火药心4,另一端露装在弹壳的外部,由纸质护罩6罩扣保护;速燃引信5外露部位的同侧装有装弹牵拉绳8,对侧装有发射药包7。在实施灭火时,将灭火弹装入发射筒后,拉动装弹牵拉绳8,便可使安装发射药包7的部位朝向发射筒的底部,使用电发火装置,将发射药包爆开,将灭火弹推出发射筒。灭火弹进入火源后,纸质护罩6被点燃,引燃速燃引信5,再引爆火药心4,将灭火剂瞬间扩散开,实施灭火。
结合图2说明本实用新型以压气发射装置发射的弹体结构和实施方式:弹体的基本结构与使用普通发射筒发射的灭火弹结构相同。由于压气发射装置是以压缩空气为动力,将灭火弹推出发射筒,对球形灭火弹的装入无方向要求,因此,弹体上免装发射药包7和装弹牵拉绳8。

1、一种球形灭火弹,由弹壳(1)、防漏防渗膜(2)、灭火剂(3)、火药心(4)、速燃引信(5)、护罩(6)、发射药包(7)和装弹牵拉绳(8)所组成,其特征是:弹壳(1)由多层纸按球状成型,内壁敷有防漏防渗膜(2),弹体内充装固态或液态的灭火剂(3);弹体的中心部位装有火药心(4),速燃引信(5)的一端连于火药心(4)上,另一端露装在弹壳(1)的外面,由纸质的护罩(6)罩扣;弹体外位于速燃引信(5)外露端部位的同侧位置装有装弹牵拉绳(8),对侧位置装有发射药包(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的球形灭火弹,其特征在于:以压气发射装置发射的灭火弹的弹体免装发射药包(7)和装弹牵拉绳(8)。
