背景技术
粗轧机特点是冲击负荷大，转速低，一般四列圆柱滚子轴承是难以接受的，原轧机的粗轧机用四列圆柱滚子轴承均存在寿命短的问题。
发明内容
为适应粗轧机冲击负荷大、转速低的特点，本实用新型的目的提出一种轧机用双列圆柱滚子轴承。
本实用新型的技术方案是，轧机用双列圆柱滚子轴承，由外圈1、内圈2、密封环3、滚子4和弹簧挡圈5组成。该轴承取消了保持架，在外圈1和内圈2之间的两边设有密封环3。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于取消了保持架，两边又加上了密封，使用寿命提高了5～6倍。

具体实施方式
本实用新型由外圈1、内圈2、密封环3、滚子4、和弹簧挡圈5组成。在外圈1和内圈2之间的两边设有密封环3，取消了保持架，增加了滚子数量，两边又设有密封环3使该轴承能适应粗轧机冲击负荷大、转速低的使用状态。

1、轧机用双列圆柱滚子轴承，由外圈(1)、内圈(2)、密封环(3)、滚子(4)和弹簧挡圈(5)组成，其特征在于，该轴承取消了保持架，在外圈(1)和内圈(2)之间的两边设有密封环(3)。
