背景技术
已有的钢化玻璃均质炉，其加热箱大多设在炉体的顶部或后部，用风机将热风通过风道向炉内的需均质的钢化玻璃输送热风并使热风穿过钢化玻璃间的间隙吸回风机，不间断地重复以达到加热钢化玻璃到额定温度，并长时间保持恒温，以达到引爆其中有“自爆”隐患的钢化玻璃的目的。其不足之处是升温慢、温度的均匀性较差、耗能多、无效空间大，给运输及安装和日常维护均带来不便。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种升温快、炉内温度均匀、能耗少、无效空间小、结构合理紧凑、运输及现场安装和日常维护均较方便的钢化玻璃均质炉。
本实用新型的技术方案是：该钢化玻璃均质炉包括有烘箱式炉体1，A形装载小车2、轨道3、电气控制柜4，设在烘箱式炉体1内后部的隔板5的中下部设有一个直立的长方形通道式的内部装有电加热器6的加热箱7，加热箱7的后端固定在隔板5上并与对称设在加热箱7左右两侧的风机8的出风口9相连通，加热箱7的底部与烘箱式炉体1的底部上表面之间是悬空的；A形装载小车2的中部设有固定在A字架内的由底而上、前后贯通的可宽松地套在加热箱7外侧的长方形的风道10；烘箱式炉体1的顶部至少设有一个可启闭的散热窗11，在风机8的吸风口12上部的隔板5上至少分别设有一个可启闭的进风窗13。
本实用新型的优点：钢化玻璃受热均匀、升温快、节省能源、整体结构紧凑合理、运输方便、现场安装调试快捷。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述：本实施例包括有烘箱式炉体1，A形装载小车2、轨道3、电气控制柜4，设在烘箱式炉体1内后部的隔板5的中下部设有一个直立的长方形通道式的内部装有电加热器6的加热箱7，加热箱7的后端固定在隔板5上并与对称设在加热箱7左右两侧的风机8的出风口9相连通，加热箱7的底部与烘箱式炉体1的底部上表面之间是悬空的；A形装载小车2的中部设有固定在A字架内的由底而上、前后贯通的可宽松地套在加热箱7外侧的长方形的风道10；烘箱式炉体1的顶部设有一个可启闭的散热窗11，在风机8的吸风口12上部的隔板5上分别设有一个可启闭的进风窗13。

1、一种钢化玻璃均质炉，包括有烘箱式炉体(1)、A形装载小车(2)、轨道(3)、电气控制柜(4)，其特征在于：设在烘箱式炉体(1)内后部的隔板(5)的中下部设有一个直立的长方形通道式的内部装有电加热器(6)的加热箱(7)，加热箱(7)的后端固定在隔板(5)上并与对称设在加热箱(7)左右两侧的风机(8)的出风口(9)相连通，加热箱(7)的底部与烘箱式炉体(1)的底部上表面之间是悬空的；A形装载小车(2)的中部设有固定在A字架内的由底而上、前后贯通的可宽松地套在加热箱(7)外侧的长方形的风道(10)；烘箱式炉体(1)的顶部至少设有一个可启闭的散热窗(11)，在风机(8)的吸风口(12)上部的隔板(5)上至少分别设有一个可启闭的进风窗(13)。
