本实用新型所公开的是一种特别适用于实施骶髂关节前路固定的骶髂关节内固定钢板,包括板体,以其所述板体呈条状,其长度与骶髂骨可上钢板范围的距离相一致;在钢板Y向轴线的两侧,分别设有骨螺钉孔;所述骨螺钉孔由其Y向刚好让骨螺钉的螺杆通过,而其X向长度大于其Y向宽度的长孔,和与所述长孔相重合贯通且与骨螺钉的球头/锥头相吻合的沉孔所构成。具有结构简单,使用方便,手术创口小和有利骶髂关节微动和愈合等特点。

骶髂关节内固定钢板
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种特别适用于前路固定的骶髂关节内固定钢板,属于医疗器械技术。
背景技术
目前,实施骶髂关节脱位内固定的手术方法主要有两种:一是后路固定。使用松质骨螺钉或骨盆兀棒等固定。其缺点是手术创伤大,须切除部分韧带和肌肉,而且内固定钉棒打入时的操作难度大,容易损伤马尾神经和骶神经以及骨盆内血管和肠管。二是前路固定。在骶骨和髂骨上由钢板固定。由于目前还设有专用的骶髂关节固定钢板,因而临床须将重建钢板或者髋臼板剪短使用,且螺钉孔间距与骶骨和髂骨之间可上钉范围的距离不一致,因而手术不方便。而已有技术骶髂关节内固定钢板,诸如中国专利所公开的授权公告号CN2265768Y、CN255120Y,尽管这两项专利技术都是骶髂关节内固定专用钢板,但仍然存在着结构性不足,手术创伤大和手术不方便等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是根据骶髂关节的解剖特点,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,钢板大小与骶髂骨可上钢板的距离范围相一致,能满足骶髂关节微动性,而有利于骶髂关节愈合的特别适用于前路固定的骶髂关节内固定钢板。以解决已有技术的不足。
本实用新型解决其所要解决技术问题的技术方案是:
一种骶髂骨关节内固定钢板,包括板体,其创新点在于,所述板体呈条状,其长度与骶髂骨可上钢板范围的距离相一致;在钢板Y向轴线的两侧,分别设有骨螺钉孔;所述骨螺钉孔由其Y向刚好让骨螺钉的螺杆通过,而其X向长度大于其Y向宽度的长孔,和与所述长孔相重合贯通且与骨螺钉的球头/锥头相吻合的沉孔所构成。由以上所给出的主体技术方案可以明了,本实用新型由于其大小能与骶髂骨可上钢板范围的距离相一致,且可以左右两侧通用,不但结构简单,而且手术创伤小,使用也很方便;由于钉孔是长孔,因而螺钉在钉孔内沿板体Y向前后不能活动,而沿板体X向左右有一定的移动度,因而满足了骶髂关节的微动性,有利于骶髂关节的愈合,从而实现了本实用新型的目的。
本实用新型优选的所述板体的长度在20~25mm范围内,其宽度在8~10mm范围内,其厚度在2~3mm范围内;所述骨螺钉孔有2只;2只骨螺钉孔的中心间距离在10~15mm范围内,且相对板体Y向轴线对称布置;当采用3.5mm骨螺钉时,所述骨螺钉孔的长孔的X向长度在4.5~5.5mm范围内。也就是说,本实用新型的板体可沿其X向左右移动1~2mm。这是根据骶髂的解剖特点和临床不同患者的病例统计分析,经综合研究所设定的一种通用结构尺寸;所述3.5mm骨螺钉是临床常用的。它不但可适合不同患者手术的要求,而且手术创口和手术成本也都达到最小化。临床手术实例证明,这种结构尺寸是非常合理的。为此,本实用新型予以慎重推荐。
本实用新型还主张在板体长度方向的中间部位,设有圆弧形凹缺。其目的主要在于,在保证本实用新型具有足够的强度条件下,减小异物在人体内的体积,有利手术创口的愈合。尤其是由于凹缺的存在,可赋予本实用新型一定的弹性,有利于骶髂关节的活动。
上述技术方案得以实施后,本实用新型所具有的结构简单,使用方便,有利骶髂关节微动和愈合等特点,是显而易见的。

具体实施方式
本实用新型一种典型的具体实施方式,如附图1至3所示。
一种特别适用于骶髂关节脱位实施前路固定的骶髂关节内固定钢板,包括板体1,所述板体1呈条状,其长度与骶髂骨可上钢板范围的距离相一致;在钢板1Y向轴线的两侧。分别设有骨螺钉孔2;所述骨螺钉孔2由其Y向刚好让骨螺钉的螺杆通过,而其X向长度大于其Y向宽度的长孔2-1,和与所述长孔2-1相重合贯通且与骨螺钉的球头相吻合的球形沉孔2-2所构成。所述板体1的长度为22mm,其宽度为9mm,其厚度为2.5mm;所述骨螺钉孔2有2只;2只骨螺钉孔2的中心间距离为12.5mm,且相对板体1Y向轴线对称布置;当采用3.5mm骨螺钉时,所述骨螺钉孔2的长孔2-1的X向长度为5mm。在板体1长度方向的中间部位,设有圆弧形凹缺3。
该具体实施方式的板体1所用材料建议采用医用钛合金。本实用新型的成型方式可以是模压成型,也可以是粉末冶金成型。与本实用新型相配套的骨螺钉4,可以采用普通皮质钛螺钉。所述板体1的两端呈圆弧形,且其各平面与侧面的交接点,均呈小圆弧倒角。
本实用新型在常州市第二人民医院临床按照图4所示实施内固定手术50例的结果显示,其手术成功率为100%,手术创口和手术成本,均比已有技术减小30%左右,取得了明显的效果。

Claims (3)

1、一种骶髂关节内固定钢板,包括板体(1),其特征在于,所述板体(1)呈条状,其长度与骶髂骨可上钢板范围的距离相一致;在钢板(1)Y向轴线的两侧,分别设有骨螺钉孔(2);所述骨螺钉孔(2)由其Y向刚好让骨螺钉的螺杆通过、而其X向长度大于其Y向宽度的长孔(2-1),和与所述长孔(2-1)相重合贯通且与骨螺钉的球头/锥头相吻合的沉孔(2-2)所构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的骶髂关节内固定钢板,其特征在于,所述板体(1)的长度在20~25mm范围内,其宽度在8~10mm范围内,其厚度在2~3mm范围内;所述骨螺钉孔(2)有2只;2只骨螺钉孔(2)的中心间距在10~15mm范围内,且相对板体(1)Y向轴线对称布置;当采用3.5mm骨螺钉时,所述骨螺钉孔(2)的长孔(2-1)的X向长度在4.5~5.5mm范围内。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的骶髂关节内固定钢板,其特征在于,在板体(1)长度方向的中间部位,设有圆弧形凹缺(3)。
