Abstract

本实用新型涉及腹腔内窥镜,由窥镜及其镜鞘组成,其窥镜由物镜系统、中转系统和目镜系统组成。其物镜系统视场角为65°~85°。其物镜系统中的第1面透镜到窥视物像面的距离为0.6mm~5mm。所述物镜系统由三片单独的透镜1、2、3、一组强光焦度负透镜4、5和一组正光透镜6、7组成。所述中转系统的第一组由两片单凹透镜8、10与一个双凸棒透镜9组成,其余的由一正负棒透镜11和12,13和14,15和16,17和18组成。所述目镜系统为一块双胶合透镜19和20。本实用新型的有益效果是视野较大,图像显示清晰,组织解剖明了,便于医生进行微创手术,降低了病人的痛苦。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械,尤其是涉及腹腔内窥镜。
背景技术
腹腔镜是一种带有微型摄像头的医疗器械,使用时,将腹腔内窥镜镜头插入腹腔内,由冷光源提供照明,运用数字摄像技术,使腹腔内窥镜镜头拍摄到的图像通过光导纤维传导至信号处理系统,实时显示在监视器上。医生通过监视器屏幕上所显示的患者器官不同角度的图像,对病人病情进行分析判断,并且运用特殊的腹腔内窥镜器械进行手术。病人康复后,仅在腹壁上留有数个0.5-1.5厘米的线状疤痕,创面小,痛苦小,称为“钥匙孔”手术。然而,现有的腹腔内窥镜的物镜视场角大都为45°-60°,视野较窄,组织解剖不易明了;物镜中第1面透镜到窥视物像面的距离大都为7.97mm,像差校正困难,清晰度欠佳,不便于医生进行微创手术。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷提供一种便于医生进行微创手术的腹腔内窥镜。
本实用新型的技术方案由窥镜及其镜鞘组成,其窥镜由物镜系统、中转系统和目镜系统组成,其作用是将观察到的物体通过光学系统成像在观察者的视网膜上或通过光电转换接口,将图像传至显示系统显示,其特征在于:其物镜系统视场角为65°~85°,其物镜系统中的第1面透镜到窥视物像面的距离为0.6mm~5mm,以降低病人临床检查时的痛苦;
其物镜系统由3片单独的透镜和一分离的负正二光透镜组组成,该负正二光透镜组的第一组为一组强光焦度的负光透镜,第二组为一组正光透镜,该物镜系统的组合焦距f′:
f ′ = f 1 ′ · f 2 ′ f 1 ′ + f 2 ′ - d
式中f1′为负光组焦距,f2′为正光组焦距,d为负、正二光组间隔,上述物镜各种像差可得到很好的校正;所述中转系统的第一组由两片单凹透镜与一个双凸棒透镜组成,其余的由一个正棒透镜和一个负棒透镜组成,透镜间的空气间隔为6mm~9mm,其中转镜的横向放大率为β=±1;
其目镜系统为一块双胶合透镜。
整个内窥成像系统的像差在窥镜公差允许范围内。
该镜鞘带有内窥镜的照明系统(商品)。该腹腔内窥镜带有冲水装置和手术器械插孔结构(商品)。
其装配和工艺:
本实用新型的结构设计为整元化设计,将系统拆分为具有独立功能和互换性的子单元。由此方便了光学系统的调试,也方便于外部结构的装拆和修理,同时,光学成像系统还可与多种不同外形的窥镜相配;
该镜鞘为医用不锈钢的,加强了其防锈能力,其外型尺寸采用国际通用标准,便于与外接设备相连接;镜片的加工为机器粗磨、自动检测半成品和组装。
本实用新型的有益效果是视野较大,图像显示清晰,组织解剖明了,便于医生进行微创手术,降低了病人的痛苦。

具体实施例说明
见图1、图2、图3和图4可知本实用新型的一种具体结构:所述物镜系统由三片单独的透镜1、2、3、一组强光焦度负透镜4、5和一组正光透镜6、7组成(图2)。该物镜系统的组合焦距f′:

式中f1′为负光组焦距,f2′为正光组焦距,d为负、正二光组间隔。上述物镜像差可得到很好的校正;物镜视场角为80°,物镜系统的第1面透镜1到窥视物像面的距离为0.6mm。
所述中转系统的第一组由两片单凹透镜8、10与一个双凸棒透镜9组成,其余的由一正负棒透镜11和12,13和14,15和16,17和18组成(图3)。所述中转系统透镜间的空气间隔为8.565mm。横向放大率为β=±1。其装配球差、波色差及正弦差小于像公差,因此,所述中转系统能够较好地校正场曲和像散。
所述目镜系统为一块双胶合透镜19和20(图4)。

  1. 腹腔内窥镜,由窥镜及其镜鞘组成,其窥镜由物镜系统、中转系统和目镜系统组成,其特征在于:其物镜系统视场角为65°~85°,其物镜系统中的第1面透镜到窥视物像面的距离为0.6mm~5mm;
    其物镜系统由3片单独的透镜和一分离的负正二光透镜组组成,该负正二光透镜组的第一组为一组强光焦度的负光透镜,第二组为一组正光透镜,该物镜系统的组合焦距f′:
    f ′ = f 1 ′ · f 2 ′ f 1 ′ + f 2 ′ - d
    式中f1′为负光组焦距,f2′为正光组焦距,d为负、正二光组间隔;

    其目镜系统为一块双胶合透镜。
