本实用新型涉及一种锚杆,包括锚杆本体,其本体外附设有一注浆管。本实用新型能使浆液经孔底向孔口返浆,空气排除干净,同时压力注浆可以保证浆液向孔壁周围薄弱地质体扩散,起到锚固效果,注浆后锚杆杆体结实密实,与杆体及孔壁结合良好。在获取同等锚固力的条件下,采用本实用新型提供的锚杆与一般锚杆相比直径可减小,并产生良好的加固效果。

本实用新型涉及用于边坡和基础处理所使用锚杆,尤其适用于长锚杆。
背景技术
现有技术条件下,一般锚杆注浆采用先注浆后插杆或先插杆后注浆的施工工艺。此两种工艺对长度短的锚杆,在地质条件较好、支护要求不高的部位是可行的。但对长锚杆理论上可行,实际操作非常困难。要么锚杆用钢筋和钻孔孔壁之间浆液难于饱满,要么先注浆后插入锚杆困难。其施工质量很难保证,达不到应有的锚固效果,给工程安全留下隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服上述锚杆施工中的不易注浆饱满的问题,提供了一种新的锚杆。
本实用新型提供的锚杆是在锚杆本体外附设一注浆管。
该锚杆插入的一端,注浆管口位置比锚杆本体端高。
利用本实用新型提供的锚杆施工时,待钻孔完成后,将带有注浆钢管的锚杆体下入钻孔。注浆前吹气检查注浆管路是否通畅,然后采用注浆泵将符合要求的浆液通过注浆管加压送进钻孔,浆液自孔底往孔口返浆,直至浆液溢出孔口。这样,整个锚孔中注浆充分。
本实用新型的有益效果是,浆液经孔底向孔口返浆,空气排除干净,同时压力注浆可以保证浆液向孔壁周围薄弱地质体扩散,起到锚固效果,注浆后锚杆杆体结石密实,与杆体及孔壁结合良好。在获取同等锚固力的条件下,采用本实用新型提供的锚杆与一般锚杆相比直径可减小,并产生良好的加固效果。

具体实施方式
参见图1--3,本实用新型提供的锚杆包括锚杆本体4,在锚杆本体外附设有一注浆管5。其中插入锚孔的注浆管的一端位置上比锚杆本体的末端高。注浆管5露在锚孔外的一端超出锚杆本体4,以便于与注浆甭连接。

2、根据权利要求1所述的锚杆,其特征在于锚杆插入的一端,注浆管口位置比锚杆本体端高。
