Abstract

本申请公开了一种多功能沼气净化器,它是在沼气集水器中加有占集水器容积50-70%的氢氧化钠溶液,集水器的进气管延长后深入到氢氧化钠溶液中。由于硫化氢的水溶液是一种弱酸,与氢氧化钠发生化学反应生成硫化钠和水,二氧化碳和氢氧化钠发生化学反应生成碳酸钠和水,另外沼气中的水蒸气在水溶液中变成液体水,又起到了集水器脱水的作用。本申请将现有集水器进行改进,使脱硫、脱水、脱二氧化碳多种功能于一体,具有投资少、安装简单,使用操作安全、管理方便等特点。

技术领域
本申请涉及沼气使用装置,尤其是沼气净化装置。
背景技术
现有的沼气净化器包括一个是在塑料外壳内装有固体氧化铁做脱硫净化剂,另外再加一个沼气集水器,这样只能脱去硫化氢和水,而沼气中的主要成分除了可燃烷的甲烷约占50-70%和少量的硫化氢、氢、一氧化碳、氮之外还有大量的二氧化碳,约占30-40%,却没有去除掉。而且脱硫剂氧化铁价格高,使用一段时间后需要进行更换。
发明内容
为了克服现有沼气净化器的不足,本申请提供了一种既能脱去硫化氢,还能脱去二氧化碳和水的一体式多功能沼气净化器。
本申请所采取的技术方案是:利用原使用的沼气集水器,在集水器内加入占集水器容积50-70%的氢氧化钠水溶液做脱硫化氢、脱二氧化碳和脱水的净化剂,沼气集水器的进气管延长并伸入到氢氧化钠溶液中。
净化原理是:由于硫化氢的水溶液是一种弱酸,与氢氧化钠发生化学反应生成硫化钠和水(H2S+2NaOH=NaS+2H2O),二氧化碳和氢氧化钠发生化学反应生成碳酸钠和水(2NaOH+CO2=NaCO3+H2O),另外沼气中的水蒸气在水溶液中变成液体水,又起到了集水器脱水的作用。
本申请将现有集水器进行改进,使脱硫、脱水、脱二氧化碳多种功能于一体,具有投资少、安装简单,使用操作安全、管理方便等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式进一步说明。
如图1所示,在带有密封盖5的沼气集水器1内加有氢氧化钠水溶液2,沼气集水器1内有伸入氢氧化钠水溶液中的进气管3和离开液面的出气管4,要求氢氧化钠的加满系数为沼气集水器溶剂的50-70%。这时从沼气净化器进气管3进入的沼气,通过氢氧化钠水溶液2发生化学反应生成硫化钠碳酸钠,使溶液变浑浊留在了净化器内,同时沼气中的水蒸气也变成水留在净化器内。通过上述过程沼气中的硫化氧、二氢化碳、水蒸气就被净化掉,排出在氢氧化钠溶液上面的清洁沼气,通过出气管4流向沼气灶。
当沼气净化器用一段时间后,原氢氧化钠水溶液的颜色加深,浓度加大,则需要及时更换新液。
