现有技术的沼气池,天窗盖为混凝土固定式,气温高时废物生产的沼气多无处存放,需要排泄,造成浪费;气温低时废物发酵效果差,生产沼气少。沼气池的进料口和出料口为敞露式,污染环境空气。
技术内容:本实用新型的目的是为克服现有技术的上述弊端,而提供一种新型的水封式沼气池。本实用新型沼气池是在现有技术的基础上改进实现的,它包括沼气池和水封式玻璃天窗盖,其特征在于沼气池玻璃天窗盖周围设有水封槽,玻璃天窗盖沿边较长,可插入水封槽内,实现水密封不漏气的目的,玻璃天窗盖透光受热较好。新型沼气池的进料口和出料口设有水封槽和封盖,防止污水有害气体污染环境。
使用时,玻璃天窗盖面向太阳,接受阳光,增加沼气池内的温度,利于废物发酵产气,生产沼气多时,玻璃天窗盖随着压力的增加随之上升,增加存气的面积。
本实用新型设计新颖,结构合理,不仅密封性能好,还保持环境卫生,又能确保冬季生产沼气。
