电机-空气水冷却器涉及一种给钢厂轧机主电机冷却降温的空气水冷装置。主要是为解决现有的电机-空气水冷却器在运行过程中，换热管容易受损漏水，主电机易被烧损的问题而设计的。他包括箱体，在箱体的一侧装电机，在箱体内有风机与电机连接，在风机吸风口旁侧的箱体上装有通风柜，在通风柜前方装有冷却装置，冷却装置由若干换热管组成，冷却装置前方有过滤器；在冷却装置周围设置导流槽，导流槽出口通到箱体外。优点是当换热管漏水时，导流槽可将水导出箱体外，保证主电机的安全；而且便于发现，及时进行维修。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种给钢厂轧机主电机冷却降温的空气水冷装置。
背景技术：
现有的电机—空气水冷却器在运行过程中，其冷却装置中的换热管容易受损，发生漏水，当渗漏的水被风机引入主电机内时，主电机就会被烧损。
发明内容：
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种当冷却装置中的换热管漏水时，水不会被引入主电机，从而保证主电机安全的电机—空气水冷却器。
上述目的是这样实现的：与现有技术相同的是他包括箱体，在箱体的一侧装电机，在箱体内有风机与电机连接，在风机吸风口旁侧的箱体上装有通风柜，在通风柜前方装有冷却装置，冷却装置由若干换热管组成，冷却装置前方有过滤器；与现有技术不同的是在冷却装置周围设置导流槽，导流槽出口通到箱体外。
本实用新型的优点是当换热管漏水时，导流槽可将水导出箱体外，保证主电机的安全；而且便于发现，及时进行维修。
