本实用新型涉及一种密封装置,尤其是一种流体动压型釜用密封机械。
背景技术
目前釜用动密封与静密封间在高压状态下扭矩较大,使得这种密封方式长期运转后容易早期失效,需经常检修、更换密封附件,维护麻烦、运行成本高,且一旦运转失效时釜内腐蚀性物质容易泄出而伤害人体健康;又轴承与轴套间为硬性的紧配合,这样不易拆装。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供一种流体动压型釜用密封机械,该流体动压型釜用密封机械可延长使用寿命,并能减少电机功耗、运行成本低且轴承与轴套拆装容易。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种流体动压型釜用密封机械,静环端面设有至少一个凹槽,凹槽两端开口于静环外立面的密封液流道,这样密封液可经过凹槽使静环端面得以润滑,从而减小了与动环端面间的扭矩,轴承固设于轴套上,轴承与轴套间设有密封圈,这样可使两者原来的紧配合变为通过密封圈配合,容易拆装。
本实用新型的进一步技术方案是:静环端面均匀间隔设有八个凹槽。

实施例:一种流体动压型釜用密封机械,静环端面设有至少一个凹槽1,凹槽两端开口于静环外立面的密封液流道,这样密封液可经过凹槽使静环端面得以润滑,从而减小了与动环端面间的扭矩,轴承2固设于轴套3上,轴承与轴套间设有密封圈4,这样可使两者原来的紧配合变为通过密封圈配合,容易拆装。
静环端面均匀间隔设有八个凹槽1。

1.一种流体动压型釜用密封机械,其特征是:静环端面设有至少一个凹槽,凹槽两端开口于静环外立面的密封液流道,轴承固设于轴套上,轴承与轴套间设有密封圈。
