技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种密封装置，尤其涉及一种用于水泵上的机械密封装置。
背景技术
在泵用机械密封中一般采用两种结构，即双端面机械密封与单端面机械密封，在使用双端面机械密封时，水泵需设计一个特殊的密封腔室，把双端面机械密封安装于该腔室内，并在该腔室内注入适量润滑油，以供双端面机械密封的磨块润滑，这种结构的优点是由于腔室能保持清洁，机械密封磨块又能保持充分润滑，故泵的密封寿命长；而缺点是由于要设置特殊的密封腔室，使泵的结构较为复杂，同时由于有上、下两端密封，故使泵轴较长，为保证轴的刚性，需增加轴的直径，从而增加制造成本。而在使用单端面机械密封时，一般采用正压式安装方式，即动环的波纹管及弹簧都裸露在介质中，一旦介质腐蚀性较强或者介质中颗粒状、纤维状物质含量较多，则很容易损坏机械密封，所以单端面机械密封虽然可使泵结构简单，制造成本降低，但一般只能用于介质优良的潜水水泵中。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种制造成本低、使用寿命长的泵用机械密封装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
本实用新型包括设于转轴外周的单端面机械密封，所述单端面机械密封包括动磨块、静磨块及弹簧，所述静磨块下端设有挡圈，所述挡圈由抱轴挡、与抱轴挡连接的密封唇口组成，所述密封唇口呈喇叭状，所述挡圈由橡胶制成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下明显优点和有益效果：
1、制造成本低。由于本实用新型采用单端面机械密封，不增加泵轴的长 度，同时采用挡圈替代单端面机械密封，以起到双端面机械密封效果，从而节省了制造成本。
2、使用寿命长。由于本实用新型单端面机械密封中的静磨块下端增设了挡圈，可有效防止杂物与磨块接触，从而延长使用寿命。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述：
如图1、图2所示：本实用新型包括设于转轴外周的单端面机械密封，单端面机械密封包括动磨块1、静磨块2及弹簧，静磨块2下端设有挡圈3，挡圈3由抱轴挡5、与抱轴挡5连接的密封唇口6组成，密封唇口6呈喇叭状，挡圈3由橡胶制成。
如图3所示：
本实用新型在使用时，把单端面机械密封中的静磨块2压装入下轴承座10的密封腔体，在动磨块1上涂一层润滑油膜，装入下轴承座10处，安装到位后把孔用弹性挡圈卡入下轴承座10的卡槽内，完成后，在靠叶轮11端安装上挡圈3。由于单端面机械密封的动磨块1在下轴承座10与电机座12及O形密封圈13所密封的腔体内，让单端面机械密封中的金属结构件，如弹簧等藏于该密封的腔体内，不与介质接触，从而彻底杜绝了因介质中的颗粒物、纤维物对结构件的损坏，保证的机械密封的使用寿命；同时，在叶轮11端安装的挡圈3，由软质的橡胶制成，利用泵工作时的离心力，可以甩开橡胶的密封端，让密封端与密封孔壁贴合，阻挡了杂质进入机械密封的磨块处，从而保证了机械密封磨块的耐磨性。

1.一种泵用机械密封装置，包括设于转轴外周的单端面机械密封，所述单端面机械密封包括动磨块、静磨块及弹簧，其特征在于所述静磨块下端设有挡圈，所述挡圈由抱轴挡、与抱轴挡连接的密封唇口组成，所述密封唇口呈喇叭状，所述挡圈由橡胶制成。
