Abstract
本实用新型提供一种具改良结构的门锁,通过装设于圆形衬套内的限位件的一挡止部与锁头内的锁心一端的凹槽挡止配合,于门锁锁闭状态下,限位件的凸部于按压时仍停留于把手的凹孔中,故当门锁于锁闭时,即无法将门外侧的把手拆下,藉以达到防盗的功效。

技术领域
本实用新型系有关一种具改良结构的门锁,尤指一种于门锁锁闭时,无法取下门外侧把手的门锁。
背景技术
习用的门锁如图6中所示,其具有一位于门外侧的转动装置,于其门把93内设有一圆形衬套91,于圆形衬套91中设有一限位件92,其具有一可伸出于圆形衬套91外的凸部921,于限位件92内具有一通孔922供一连动杆(于图中未示)穿设,而位于装置上的门把93具有一凹孔931,由孔中可见该凸部921,通过按压该凸部921即可使门把93脱离其阻挡而将门把93由转动装置取下。
由此门锁的转动装置可见,当门锁于锁闭时,位于门外侧的转动装置仍可由把手93上的凹孔931发现位于圆形衬套91中的限位件92的凸部921,有心人士仅需利用简便的手工具即可透过按压伸出于该圆形衬套91外的凸部921,即可使把手的凹孔脱离该凸部921的阻挡,进而顺利将把手93由转动装置取下,再调整转动装置的其他构件即可将门锁打开,而进入门内。
因此,如何使门锁的转动装置于锁闭时无法将把手93由该装置取下即为本实用新型的主要重点所在。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的,在于解决上述的问题而提供一种具改良结构的门锁,通过装设于圆形衬套内的限位件的一挡止部与锁头内的锁心一端的凹槽挡止配合,于门锁锁闭状态下,限位件的凸部于按压时仍停留于把手的凹孔中,故当门锁于锁闭时,即无法将门外侧的把手拆下,藉以达到防盗的功效。
为达前述的目的,本实用新型具有一位于门外侧的转动装置,该装置包括:
一设于门外侧边的定位座,该定位座于中心具有一穿孔;
一中空的圆形衬套,其由该定位座内侧经其穿孔向外穿设,且该衬套一端则枢接于该定位座内侧;
一限位件,其直立设置于该定位座外侧的圆形衬套内,该限位件于中心具有一通孔,且于一端具有一伸设于圆形衬套外可供按压的凸部,凸部与通孔间于该圆形衬套内凸设一挡止部,该限位件于凸部一端受一设于圆形衬套的弹性件向凸部方向顶撑,衬套内具有一供限位件于凸部按压方向位移的空间;
一连动杆,其一端穿经该定位座而定位于定位座外侧的圆形衬套中,于其末端伸出于该限位件的通孔,该通孔的孔径大于该连动杆的杆径;
一锁控装置,其设于该定位座内的衬套中,该连动杆亦穿设于此锁控装置,并控制其开闭锁;
一把手,其于一侧具有一接合孔,其供套接于该定位座外侧的圆形衬套,把手于该限位件的凸部相对位置具有一与把手外相通且供该凸部陷入阻挡的凹孔,把手中设置一锁头,其中穿设有一锁心,此锁心于一端供钥匙插入转动,另一端则于端面的两相对侧向内凹设一供限位件的挡止部可于开锁时陷入的凹槽,于此凹槽的一端亦与该连动杆伸出的未端相接而可于转动时拨动该连动杆;
门锁于开锁状态时,限位件的挡止部陷入于锁头的锁心一端的凹槽中,故限位件可于按压凸部后向内缩入圆形衬套内;门锁于闭锁时,该限位件的挡止部恰与该锁心一端的凹槽错位,故于按压限位件的凸部时受锁心一端外缘的阻挡而无法向内缩入圆形衬套中。
有益效果:
本实用新型的主要优点在于,藉由此门锁的结构,有心人士即无法轻易的将把手由圆形衬套上取下,增加利用钥匙以外的工具开锁的困难度,以达到防盗的功效。

请参阅图1至5图,图中所示者为本实用新型所选用的实施例结构,此仅供说明之用,在专利申请上并不受此种结构的限制。
本实施例提供一种具改良结构的门锁,其具有一位于门内的内转动装置1以及一位于门外的外转动装置2,而于门中设有一锁头座3与二转动装置1、2相配合衔接,其中该外转动装置2包括:
一定位座21,其与内转动装置1相互结合固定而设于门外侧边,该定位座21于中心具有一穿孔211。于本实施例中,此定位座21于穿孔211两相对侧各具有一分别与该穿孔211连通的第一凹部212,且于外周缘螺设一护盖213,于内侧向水平方向延伸二与内转动装置1接合的肋214。
一中空的圆形衬套22,其两端为透空,并由该定位座21内侧经其穿孔211向外穿设,且该衬套22一端则枢接于该定位座21内侧。于本实施例中,圆形衬套22于枢接定位座21的一端于两侧各具有一对应连通定位座21的第一凹部212的第二凹部224,此圆形衬套22于该定位座21内侧一端接合一固定件23,且圆形衬套22藉套接该定位座21两侧的数凸出部221,定位座21定位于圆形衬套22的数凸出部221与该固定件23间并可枢转。于该固定件23与圆形衬套22位于定位座内的凸出部221间套设有一扭力弹簧24,其顶撑于该定位座21内侧,故圆形衬套22于枢转时可自动复位。该固定件23穿设有一驱动件25而定位于圆形衬套22位于定位件21内侧的端部,且供衔接该锁头座3并驱动其开闭锁动作。
一限位件26,其直立设置于该定位座21外侧的圆形衬套22内,该限位件26于中心具有一通孔261,且具有一伸设于圆形衬套22外的凸部262,该圆形衬套22相对于限位件26凸部262的另一端的衬套内壁处设有一中空部263,其供限位件26于按压凸部262时另一端陷入其中,使限位件26能于圆形衬套22内位移,该限位件26于凸部262一端受一设于圆形衬套22的弹性件222向凸部262方向顶撑。于本实施例中,于凸部262下方的限位件26本体具有一顶撑孔264,而该弹性件222为一弹性杆,其一端穿设于该顶撑孔264而向凸部262方向顶撑。此限位件26相对于其凸部262与通孔261之间具有一挡止部265,此挡止部265向圆形衬套22位于定位座21外的一端的开口方向凸伸。
一连动杆27,其一端穿经该定位座21而定位于定位座21外侧的圆形衬套22中,连动杆27于末端伸出于该限位件26的通孔261,该通孔261的孔径大于该连动杆27的杆径。于本实施例中,连动杆27于圆形衬套22内的一端具有一止挡部271抵顶于该限位件26。
一锁控装置28,其设于该定位座21内的衬套22中,该连动杆27亦穿设于此锁控装置28,并控制其开闭锁。该锁控装置28系于圆形衬套22中容设一转子281,此转子281于两相对侧各具有一挡块281a,且于底部的二相对侧各设有一弧段281b,此弧段281b系于圆形衬套22中与连动杆27一端的止挡部271配合设置,于连动杆27转动时可牵引该转子281的二弧段281b,使该转子281于衬套内往复位移(如图4~5所示)。转子281于弧段281b的另一端与该固定件23间顶撑一压缩弹簧而定位该转子281于圆形衬套22内。二挡块281a经圆形衬套的第二凹部224套入于圆形衬套22中,且衬套22通过二个第二凹部224的底部阻挡转子281的挡部281a而定位该转子281。转子281的二挡部281a于定位时陷入于定位座21的二个第一凹部212内,藉转动连动杆27而牵引转子281的二个挡部281a脱离或陷入定位座21的二个第一凹部212中,控制圆形衬套22与定位座21的相对转动。
一把手4,其于一侧具有一接合孔41,其供套接于该定位座21外侧的圆形衬套22。把手4于该限位件26的凸部262相对位置具有一与把手4外相通且供该凸部262陷入阻挡的凹孔42,于本实施例中,把手4于此凹孔42的相对位置设有一供按压限位件26凸部262的小圆孔44。把手4中设置一锁头5,其中穿设有一锁心51,此锁心51于一端供钥匙插入转动,另一端则于端面的两相对侧向内凹设一供限位件26的挡止部265可于开锁时陷入的凹槽511,于此凹槽511的一端亦与该连动杆27伸出的未端相接,且锁心51于凹槽511一端具有于两相对侧凸设而供拨动连动杆27转动的拨动凸部512。
当钥匙于特定方向拔出锁头,按压凸部时受到限制挡止于锁心外缘,把手的凹孔即无法于按压该凸部脱离挡止。
锁头5设定为转动一特定方向,本实施例中系锁心51与钥匙呈水平方向时,钥匙方可拔出或插入转动锁心51,当钥匙插入锁头5时,通过钥匙带动锁心51使凹槽511改变方向,即可利用适当的手工具经由位于门把4上的小圆孔44按压限位件26的凸部262,此凸部262受按压后,由于圆形衬套22于凸部262的相对端的内壁具有一中空部263,且限位件26的挡止部265可于锁头5的锁心51一端的凹槽511中滑移,故限位件26的凸部262可向圆形衬套22内缩入,而当位于把手4的凹孔42因限位孔26的凸部262内缩时而脱离阻挡,此时把手4即可从圆形衬套22上取下(如图2所示);
当钥匙于特定方向拔出锁头5时,限位件26的挡止部265与锁心51的凹槽511错位,使按压限位件26的凸部262时,其挡止部265受锁心51的外缘阻挡,故限位件26无法向按压方向缩入,因此把手4的凹孔42即无法脱离限位件26的凸部262的阻挡,而无法将把手4由圆形衬套22上取下(如图3所示)。
经由上述不难发现本实用新型的主要优点在于,藉由此门锁之结构可于藉由钥匙是否插入或拔出时让限位件26的凸部262无法脱离把手4的凹孔42,有心人士即无法轻易的将把手4由圆形衬套22上取下,增加利用钥匙以外的工具开锁之困难度,以达到防盗的功效。
Claims (2)
1.一种具改良结构的门锁,其具有一位于门外侧的转动装置,其特征在于该装置包括:
一设于门外侧边的定位座,该定位座于中心具有一穿孔;
一中空的圆形衬套,其由该定位座内侧经其穿孔向外穿设,且该衬套一端则枢接于该定位座内侧;
一限位件,其直立设置于该定位座外侧的圆形衬套内,该限位件于中心具有一通孔,且于一端具有一伸设于圆形衬套外可供按压的凸部,凸部与通孔间于该圆形衬套内凸设一挡止部,该限位件于凸部一端受一设于圆形衬套的弹性件向凸部方向顶撑,衬套内具有一供限位件于凸部按压方向位移的空间;
一连动杆,其一端穿经该定位座而定位于定位座外侧的圆形衬套中,于其末端伸出于该限位件的通孔,该通孔的孔径大于该连动杆的杆径;
一锁控装置,其设于该定位座内的衬套中,该连动杆亦穿设于此锁控装置,并控制其开闭锁;
一把手,其于一侧具有一接合孔,其供套接于该定位座外侧的圆形衬套,把手于该限位件的凸部相对位置具有一与把手外相通且供该凸部陷入阻挡的凹孔,把手中设置一锁头,其中穿设有一锁心,此锁心于一端供钥匙插入转动,另一端则于端面的两相对侧向内凹设一供限位件的挡止部可于开锁时陷入的凹槽,于此凹槽的一端亦与该连动杆伸出的未端相接而可于转动时拨动该连动杆;
门锁于开锁状态时,限位件的挡止部陷入于锁头的锁心一端的凹槽中,故限位件于按压凸部后向内缩入圆形衬套内;门锁于闭锁时,该限位件的挡止部恰与该锁心一端的凹槽错位,故于按压限位件的凸部时受锁心一端外缘的阻挡而无法向内缩入圆形衬套中。
2.依权利要求1所述的具改良结构的门锁,其特征在于,该锁控装置系于圆形衬套中容设一转子,此转子于两相对侧各具有一挡块,而定位座于穿孔的两相对侧外各具有一与该穿孔连通的第一凹部,圆形衬套于枢接定位座的一端于两侧各具有一对应连通定位座的第一凹部的第二凹部,该转子的二挡块经圆形衬套的第二凹部套入于圆形衬套中,且衬套通过二个第二凹部的底部阻挡转子的挡部而定位该转子;转子的二个挡部于定位时陷入于定位座的二个第一凹部内,通过转动连动杆而牵引转子的二个挡部脱离或陷入定位座的二个第一凹部中,控制圆形衬套与定位座的相对转动。
