本实用新型公开了一种蓄电池充电端子保护装置,整体呈长方形碗状结构,前端为端子覆盖体,后端为鳄鱼夹覆盖体,所述鳄鱼夹覆盖体的侧面开有卡槽。本实用新型与鳄鱼夹扣接形成整体,再扣夹于电池的端子上并与电池端子相连。在蓄电池充电过程中将电池端子与充电产生的酸雾隔离,防止凝聚积累的酸液在充电过程中接触端子,防止端子在充电过程中腐蚀,保证了充电生产中铜端子不会损坏,接触良好,有利于提高产品的合格率。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及蓄电池生产控制领域,尤其涉及充电和化成过成中对金属端子进行保护、防止氧化腐蚀的装置。
【技术背景】
密封铅酸蓄电池为荷电带电出厂,电池在生产过程中要对蓄电池进行充电,充电的过程是将注液后的蓄电池,用连接导线和鳄鱼夹将若干个蓄电池串联连接后进行的。在充电过程中蓄电池为富液状态,加之产生酸雾,会对电池的端子产生表面腐蚀,严重时要对电池端子进行更换。影响电池的外观和使用时的接触性能。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有工艺技术中存在的问题,提出了一种蓄电池充电端子保护装置,能够对充电端子形成保护,避免氧化腐蚀。
为实现上述目的,本使用新型专利提出了一种蓄电池充电端子保护装置,整体呈长方形碗状结构,前端为端子覆盖体,后端为鳄鱼夹覆盖体,所述鳄鱼夹覆盖体的侧面开有卡槽。
作为优选,所述端子覆盖体包括端子顶板、前端板和端子侧板。
作为优选,所述鳄鱼夹覆盖体包括鳄鱼夹顶板和两个鳄鱼夹侧板,所述鳄鱼夹侧板上开有卡槽。
作为优选,所述卡槽下部为长方形,上部为半圆形。
作为优选,所述鳄鱼夹侧板整体呈直角梯形,前端为斜边。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1、2,蓄电池充电端子保护装置,整体呈长方形碗状结构,前端为端子覆盖体1,后端为鳄鱼夹覆盖体2,所述鳄鱼夹覆盖体2的侧面开有卡槽3。所述端子覆盖体1包括端子顶板11、前端板12和端子侧板13。所述鳄鱼夹覆盖体2包括鳄鱼夹顶板21和两个鳄鱼夹侧板22,所述鳄鱼夹侧板22上开有卡槽3。所述卡槽3下部为长方形,上部为半圆形。所述鳄鱼夹侧板22整体呈直角梯形,前端为斜边。
使用时,先将蓄电池充电端子保护装置与鳄鱼夹扣接形成整体,再扣夹于电池的端子上并与电池端子相连。设置卡槽3是为了与鳄鱼夹上的销对应。鳄鱼夹侧板22的前端为斜边是为了与鳄鱼夹两夹片的形状对应,不至突出被端子阻挡。

1.蓄电池充电端子保护装置,其特征在于:整体呈长方形碗状结构,前端为端子覆盖体(1),后端为鳄鱼夹覆盖体(2),所述鳄鱼夹覆盖体(2)的侧面开有卡槽(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池充电端子保护装置,其特征在于:所述端子覆盖体(1)包括端子顶板(11)、前端板(12)和端子侧板(13)。
3.如权利要求2所述的蓄电池充电端子保护装置,其特征在于:所述鳄鱼夹覆盖体(2)包括鳄鱼夹顶板(21)和两个鳄鱼夹侧板(22),所述鳄鱼夹侧板(22)上开有卡槽(3)。
4.如权利要求3所述的蓄电池充电端子保护装置,其特征在于:所述卡槽(3)下部为长方形,上部为半圆形。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的蓄电池充电端子保护装置,其特征在于:所述鳄鱼夹侧板(22)整体呈直角梯形,前端为斜边。
