本实用新型涉及一种光纤测试的辅助装置,尤其是测定光纤微弯状态下衰减的辅助装置。
背景技术
为测定光纤微弯状态下的衰减,需要有一种使光纤发生微弯的装置,现有的光纤微弯发生装置采用分别具有凸筋和凹槽的两块金属板组成,测试时光纤置于两块金属板之间使其发生微弯,由于金属板较重,在操作时易折断被测试的光纤,导致测试无法进行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种光纤微弯发生装置,操作简便而且不易将光纤折断,使光纤在微弯状态下的衰减的测定能够顺利进行。
本实用新型提供的离合式光纤微弯发生装置,包括光纤绕线筒及其两侧设置的侧挡板,光纤绕线筒横向分割成两部分,在每部分光纤绕线筒的分割端分别制成可以接插的插件和插口,在每部分光纤绕线筒的表面设置砂布。
下面结合本实用新型的使用说明其有益效果。
本实用新型使用时将光纤绕线筒的一部分的分割端上的插件插入另一部分的分割端的插口内,使光纤绕线筒的两部分插合在一起,在绕线筒的砂布表面绕一层光纤,由于砂布表面凹凸不平,此时光纤处于微弯状态,测定光纤的数据;然后将本实用新型的光纤绕线筒的两部分分开,光纤松散,微弯状态消除,再测定光纤的数据。两者对比即可测出光纤微弯状态下的衰减。本实用新型使用方便,使用时不损伤光纤,能够使光纤微弯状态下衰减的测定顺利进行。

具体实施方式
参照图1,将带有侧挡板1的光纤绕线筒2横向分割成两部分,一部分的分割端制成插件4,另一部分的分割端的内腔制成插口5,插件4与插口5能够互相接插,在每部分光纤绕线筒的表面粘贴砂布2,便制成本实用新型。
