Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电源连接器,其包括内座体及收容在内座体内的若干导电端子,内座体上设有呈三角对应关系的分别收容对应导电端子的插孔,所述内座体上方的插孔为圆形通孔,其内部设有弯折形成的弹性支持对应端子的支撑部,该支撑部自圆形通孔下方延伸形成相连的上下两层支撑结构,其中上层支撑结构与对应导电端子相配合,内座体下方两侧的插孔外侧呈封闭结构。该电源连接器具有改进的内座体,其能够准确可靠地定位端子,并方便自动化组装。

【技术领域】
本实用新型有关一种电源连接器,尤其是指一种具有改进内座体的电源连接器。
【背景技术】
一般电源连接器在居家生活中,随着电器多元化而使用需求提升,各种电器的电源主要是通过电线及电源连接器来传输,因此各种电源连接器也受到生产与研发者的进一步重视。一般电器插头有二极导电端子或三极导电端子,置线作业时,先将芯线置于导电端子的置线槽内,再将导电端子末端以端子压着机夹卷型态压着电线的芯线,然后将导电端子插置于内座体,以此二次加工方式形成导电端子与电线设置于内座体形成初步固定后的半成品,再将其置入模具,经射出成型完成一具有插头盒的形状。三极电源插头在使用上因较具安全性,所以被广泛应用于一般电器中。
一种电源连接器被公开如中国实用新型专利公告第CN2153866Y号所示,其揭示了一种电源连接器,其包括内座体、接地端子及正、负极端子,其中内座体上供接地端子插接的插孔向内水平延伸有一舌片,舌片末端设有与接地端子嵌卡定位的凸块;与正、负极端子分别对应的通孔外侧呈开放状态,通孔内的凸块呈方块形;当接地端子卡入插孔时舌片受力集中在末端凸块处,导致舌片受力不均匀且端子的支撑力不稳固;同时,由于通孔外侧呈开放状态导致正、负极端子插接后组装的便利性及固持力不够稳定,方块形凸块的两端容易阻碍端子固持部的卡入导致组装不便。因此,确有必要对电源连接器进行改良以解决现有技术中的上述缺陷。
综上所述,有必要提供一种改进的电连接器来解决上述问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种具有改进的内座体的电源连接器,以准确可靠定位端子,并方便自动化组装。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型电源连接器采用以下技术方案:一种电源连接器,用来与线缆电性连接以传输电力,其包括内座体及收容在内座体内的若干导电端子,内座体上设有呈三角对应关系的分别收容对应导电端子的插孔,所述内座体上方的插孔为圆形通孔,其内部设有弯折形成的弹性支持对应端子的支撑部,该支撑部自圆形通孔下方延伸形成相连的上下两层支撑结构,其中上层支撑结构与对应导电端子相配合,内座体下方两侧的插孔外侧呈封闭结构。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:电源连接器具有改进的内座体,其能够准确可靠地定位端子,并方便自动化组装。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型电源连接器用来与对接连接器相对接,该电源连接器包括内座体1、正极端子2、负极端子3、接地端子4、线缆5及包覆体6。
内座体1略呈凸字形,且其上部两边呈倾斜角度不同的不对称结构以方便自动机的加工及使用。该内座体1采用塑料经过一体成型制成,其侧面的适当间距设有三个贯通且呈三角对应关系的插孔,上方插孔为供接地端子4插置的圆形通孔11,下方左右两侧的插孔为供正、负极端子2、3插接的第一、第二收容孔12、13。
请参照图2至图5所示,内座体1的通孔11的上、下两侧分别设有两条加强端子固持力的凸肋111,且通孔11的前端设有方便接地端子4插入的倒角。内座体1的通孔11下方弯折延伸形成一支撑部14,该支撑部14包括自右向左水平延伸的舌部141、自舌部141沿竖直方向向上延伸的弯折部142及自弯折部142沿水平方向向右延伸的平台部143,其中舌部141作为下层支撑结构,平台部143作为上层支撑结构,因此该支撑部14的上、下两层支撑结构配合使用以加强支撑作用。上述平台部143的上表面为向外突出的弧形结构,且弧形表面上设有一凸块1431。矩形孔15设置于内座体1的支撑部14下方且位于内座体1下方的中间位置,该矩形孔15的前部尺寸较大,后部尺寸较小,因此在矩形孔15内形成有一台阶面(未图示)。
请参照图3及图5所示,第一收容孔12大体呈T形且后端面设有防误插的倒角,其外侧呈封闭状态。第一收容孔12设有内壁121,自内壁121的后端设有沿其垂直方向延伸的过渡部124,该过渡部124的后端面与内座体1的后表面16在同一平面上。自过渡部124的左端面垂直向前延伸有一凸台123,该凸台123的上、下侧相对设置有一对凸起1231,该对凸起1231靠近凸台123的前端,且凸起1231的前端为一圆弧面,后端设有倒角1232。第一收容孔12的阶梯面125上相对设置有一对凸条1251。
第二收容孔13与第一收容孔12结构相同,除上述特征外,在收容孔13的侧壁132上设置有一对凸条1321,第一收容孔12也具有同样的结构,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图4及图6所示,接地端子4及正、负极端子2、3分别与电源线5连接后,再分别插入各对应插孔11、12、13中。接地端子4自前向后插入圆形通孔11时,内座体1上的凸块1431卡入接地端子4上的椭圆孔41内,而使接地端子4固定在内座体1上。正极端子2自后向前插入时,其固持部21定位于上述第一收容孔12上的一对凸起1231之间,位于固持部21后端的加宽部22前端抵靠于凸起1231的后端,正极端子2的外侧被第一收容孔12的外侧壁限制定位,因此在组装上具有端子插接定位准确、稳固的优点。同时,凸起1231的后端分别设有一倒角1232,端子2插入的时候,其加宽部2 2不易受凸起1231的阻力,组装较为方便。
请参阅图1及图4所示,当内座体1与连接电源线的接地端子4及正、负极端子2、3插接完成之后,将包覆体6包覆成型于其上。

Claims (10)

1. 一种电源连接器,其包括内座体及收容在内座体内的若干导电端子,内座体上设有呈三角对应关系的分别收容对应导电端子的插孔,其特征在于:所述内座体上方的插孔为圆形通孔,其内部设有弯折形成的弹性支持对应端子的支撑部,该支撑部自圆形通孔下方延伸形成相连的上下两层支撑结构,其中上层支撑结构与对应导电端子相配合,内座体下方两侧的插孔外侧呈封闭结构。
2. 如权利要求1所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述支撑部包括自右向左水平延伸的舌部、自舌部沿竖直方向向上延伸的弯折部及自弯折部沿水平方向向右延伸的平台部。
3. 如权利要求2所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述平台部的上表面为弧形,且弧形表面上设有凸块。
4. 如权利要求3所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述收容于圆形通孔内的导电端子为接地端子且设有椭圆孔,所述凸块卡入该椭圆孔内。
5. 如权利要求1所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述内座体下方两侧的插孔分别为第一收容孔及第二收容孔,且第一收容孔与第二收容孔结构相同。
6. 如权利要求5所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述第一收容孔内设有一凸台,凸台的外侧相对设置有一对凸起。
7. 如权利要求6所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述凸起的后端设有倒角。
8. 如权利要求7所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述收容于第一、第二收容孔内的导电端子分别充当电源的正、负极,该导电端子的固持部定位于该对凸起之间。
9. 如权利要求8所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述正、负极导电端子固持部的后端设有加宽部,该加宽部前端抵靠于所述凸起的后端。
10. 如权利要求1所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述圆形通孔前端设有倒角,所述内座体下方两侧插孔的后端设有倒角。
