Abstract
本实用新型公开一种电连接器组件,用于电性连接晶片模组至印刷电路板,其包括电连接器及覆盖于电连接器的取放板,电连接器包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子,取放板上设有相对的突出部,该突出部的侧面设有开口,其中,开口内组装有与该开口配合的挡片,以防止灰尘等杂物污染导电端子。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器组件,尤指一种将晶片模组电性连接至印刷电路板的电连接器。
【背景技术】
图1所示为一种与本实用新型相关的用于电性连接晶片模组(未图示)与印刷电路板(未图示)的电连接器组件1′,该电连接器组件1′包括电连接器及取放板3′,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体2′、收容于绝缘本体2′内的若干导电端子(未图示)。所述取放板3′中部凸设有光滑的吸取面30′,于吸取面30′相对侧设有供使用者取放或移除取放板3′的手持部31′,所述手持部31′的侧边设有开孔312′,以方便使用者取放或移除取放板3′。取放板3′边缘设有若干与绝缘本体2′扣合的卡勾32′,通过卡勾32′将取放板3′与绝缘本体2′固定在一起。
然而这种结构的电连接器组件1′至少存在以下缺陷:电连接器在未使用之前,空气中的灰尘或其他杂物可能会通过取放板3′两侧的开孔312′进入电连接器,从而造成对导电端子的污染,进而影响电连接器的功能,尤其是应用于一些高阶伺服器的电连接器,更是对电连接器的导电功能要求极高,所以更应避免导电端子被污染的风险。
鉴于此,实有必要提供一种改进的电连接器组件,以克服上述电连接器组件的缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所解决的技术问题是提供一种防止污染导电端子,进而防止影响电连接器电性功能的电连接器组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种电连接器组件,用于电性连接晶片模组至印刷电路板,其包括电连接器及组设于电连接器上的取放板,电连接器包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子,导电端子设于绝缘本体的收容腔内,所述取放板上设有突出部,该突出部的侧面设有开口,开口与绝缘本体的收容腔相通,其中,开口内组装有与该开口配合的挡片,该挡片设有延伸入开口的遮挡部,并且至少部分遮挡部延伸至收容腔的上方。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型在突出部的开口内组装了一个挡片,通过挡片可以将从开口进入的灰尘或其他杂物挡住,避免影响电连接器的功能,而且此突出部仍可以保留手指取放的空间,方便使用者取放或移除取放板。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2至图3所示,本实用新型为一种电连接器组件,可用于将晶片模组(未图示)电性连接至印刷电路板(未图示),其包括:电连接器及扣持于电连接器上的取放板3,该电连接器包括绝缘本体20及收容于绝缘本体20内的若干导电端子(未图示)。
绝缘本体20大致呈矩形,其包括基体201及基体201周围向上延伸的侧墙202,基体201及侧墙202共同形成收容晶片模组的收容腔。基体201中设有若干导电端子收容槽,以收容导电端子。相对两侧墙202的外部设有若干凹槽2021,侧墙202的内壁设有向上延伸的凸块2022。
取放板3扣持于绝缘本体20上,其大小大致与绝缘本体20相对应,该取放板3包括主体部30,主体部30下表面的中央向内凹设有凹槽,于是形成突出于主体部30上表面的吸取部31,该吸取部31设有供取放装置吸取的光滑吸取面及连接吸取面与主体部30的侧壁。所述侧壁的相对两端设有突出的矩形状的突起部32,该突起部32突出于吸取部31,且该突起部32在远离主体部30的一侧开设有开口320,开口320的设置方便使用者取放或移除该取放板3。
主体部30边缘的相对两端延伸有向下弯折的卡勾33,该卡勾33用于与绝缘本体20的凹槽2021配合,使绝缘本体20与取放板3固定在一起。于主体部30的一侧边缘上设有凹缺34,绝缘本体20上的凸块2022延伸至该凹缺34内,通过此结构作为一种识别标志,以正确定位取放板3。
取放板3突出部32的开口320内安装有与之相应的挡片4,请参阅图4所示,挡片4包括平板状遮挡部40及设于遮挡部40两端的将挡片4固定的定位部41,所述定位部41包括设于遮挡部40上的挡止部412,扣持于突出部32外部两侧的卡持部416及连接挡止部412与卡持部416的连接部414,卡持部416为延伸的弹性悬臂,于悬臂的末端设有向另一悬臂方向延伸的凸部。所述挡止部412、连接部414、卡持部416形成的定位部41有一凹槽,可将突出部32的侧壁卡持于凹槽中。
组装该电连接器组件时,将取放板3覆盖于绝缘本体20的上表面上,通过取放板3的卡勾33扣合于绝缘本体20的凹槽2021内来固定取放板3与绝缘本体20,此时取放板3的开口320与绝缘本体20的收容腔相通,灰尘等杂物可能通过开口320进入收容腔内落到导电端子上,为此将挡片4扣入突出部32的开口320中,遮挡部40延伸入开口320中,并且至少部分遮挡部40延伸至收容腔的上方,遮住靠近开口320部分的收容腔内的导电端子,挡止部412伸入突出部32开口320的侧壁内,卡持部416卡持在开口320侧壁外,通过挡止部412、连接部414及卡持部416与开口320的卡持,将挡片4在空间各个方向上定位。
本实用新型的电连接器组件在挡片4卡持于开口320中后,突出部32仍然留有供使用者手指承放的空间,可方便使用者从绝缘本体20中取出取放板3,而且挡片4置于开口320后可防止灰尘等杂物通过开口320落入端子的风险,避免影响电连接器的导电功能,并且此挡片4制造简单,适合于大量的生产制造。
以上仅为本实用新型的优选实施方案,其它在本实施方案基础上所做的任何改进变换也应当不脱离本实用新型的技术方案。
Claims (9)
1.一种电连接器组件,用于电性连接晶片模组至印刷电路板,其包括电连接器及组设于电连接器上的取放板,电连接器包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子,导电端子设于绝缘本体的收容腔内,所述取放板上设有突出部,该突出部的侧面设有开口,开口与绝缘本体的收容腔相通,其特征在于:开口内组装有与该开口配合的挡片,该挡片设有延伸入开口的遮挡部,并且至少部分遮挡部延伸至收容腔的上方。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述取放板包括主体部及位于主体部两侧的卡勾。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述取放板主体部的中央下表面向内凹设形成突出于主体部上表面的吸取部,该吸取部包括吸取面及侧壁。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述突出部位于所述相对的两侧壁,且对称设置,其突出于所述吸取部。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述挡片包括设于遮挡部两端的定位部。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述定位部设有卡持于突出部外部的卡持部及连接遮挡部与卡持部的连接部。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述定位部还设有置于所述开口内,与连接部连接的挡止部。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述取放板侧边设有凹缺,所述绝缘本体设有延伸入该凹缺的凸块。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述取放板相对两端向下延伸有若干卡扣于绝缘本体的卡勾。
