本实用新型提供了一种带有强力斗齿的斗轮装置，所要解决的技术问题是：目前在冶金、电力、煤炭、化工、建材等工业部门的料场中，用于取料的设备是斗轮式堆取料机，该取料机上有一个重要部件是斗轮装置，它是轮斗安装在斗轮体上。当遇到料堆的物料有冻结的情况下，则斗轮装置无法正常取料，有时会导致斗轮装置过载。本实用新型的要点是：若干个强力斗齿均匀布置在斗轮体上，并使斗齿的齿尖比轮斗高。本实用新型的用途是：在料场中取料。

技术领域
斗轮式堆取料机应用于冶金、电力、煤炭、化工、建材等工业部门的料场中的取料设备，本实用新型所说的斗轮装置是指在该设备中、轮斗安装在斗轮体上的那一部分。
背景技术
目前在冶金、电力、煤炭、化工、建材等工业部门的料场中，用于取料的设备是斗轮式堆取料机，该取料机上有一个重要部件是斗轮装置，它是轮斗安装在斗轮体上。当遇到料堆的物料有冻结的情况下，则斗轮装置无法正常取料，有时会导致斗轮装置过载。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能避免上述不足的带有强力斗齿的斗轮装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：轮斗安装在斗轮体上，其特征是：若干个强力斗齿均匀布置在斗轮体上，并使斗齿的齿尖比轮斗高。在取料工作时强力斗齿先触及料堆，破开冻硬层，保证斗轮机构的料斗进行取料作业。
本实用新型与现有技术方案相比，它可防止斗轮取料系统在碰到冻硬物料时的过载。

具体实施方式
参见图1，轮斗1安装在斗轮体2，四个强力斗齿3按均匀分布的方式、焊在斗轮体上，均匀分布保证斗轮机构的整体平衡，斗齿的齿尖比轮斗略高，保证强力斗齿先触及料堆。
参见图2，强力斗齿是：斗齿3.3和支架3.1安装在固定板3.2上，支架焊轮斗体上，在斗齿的齿尖部分包有耐磨层3.4，在非冬季节斗齿可拆卸。

1、一种带有强力斗齿的斗轮装置，轮斗安装在斗轮体上，其特征是：若干个强力斗齿均匀布置在斗轮体上，并使斗齿的齿尖比轮斗高。
2、按照权利要求1所述的带有强力斗齿的斗轮装置，其特征是：所说的强力斗齿是：斗齿和支架安装在固定板上，支架焊轮斗体上，在斗齿的齿尖部分包有耐磨层。
