Abstract

曲轴是发动机中承受冲击载荷、传递动力的重要零件，在发动机五大件中最难以保证加工质量。由于曲轴工作条件恶劣，因此对曲轴材质以及毛坯加工技术、精度、表面粗糙度、热处理和表面强化、动平衡等要求都十分严格。如果其中任何一个环节质量没有得到保证，则可严重影响曲轴的使用寿命和整机的可靠性。目前，曲轴的弯曲断裂是曲轴零件重要的故障之一，同时越来越大功率的发动机对曲轴的强度和疲劳强度提出了更高的要求。因此只有对曲轴进行工艺强化才能满足发动机的使用要求。发动机曲轴承受复杂交变的弯曲-扭转载荷和一定的冲击截荷，疲劳断裂是曲轴的主要破坏形式，裂纹源多发生在轴颈与曲臂的过渡圆角处。因此工艺上提高曲轴疲劳强度的方法主要是通过对曲轴的圆角强化，在圆角表层形成一定的压应力来实现的。传统的曲轴强化工艺主要是轴颈的氮化，经过此工艺处理过的曲轴，疲劳强度只能达到2000Nm左右，远不能满足设计要求。因此需要优化曲轴圆角设计，强化曲轴的疲劳强度成了迫不容缓的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种克服氮化工艺对曲轴的强化能力的不足的缺点，对曲轴的轴径圆角进行强化的工艺方法。该结构简单，制造容易，通过对该圆角结构的挤压，提高了曲轴的疲劳强度。该圆角结构包括了曲轴的轴颈和轴颈台肩。特征是在曲轴与台肩面交汇处的圆角呈斜下凹，圆角由两个夹角斜面和一个圆弧面组成，一个夹角斜面夹角12.5°-32.5°，另一个夹角斜面夹角22.5°-42.5°。圆角口宽3.075mm-3.745mm。
本实用新型的优点是相比传统的氮化曲轴的工艺，通过强化曲轴轴颈和台肩交汇处的圆角，从而强化了整个曲轴，疲劳强度提高了50％以上。该结构具有结构简单，制造容易，效果好，曲轴寿命长等优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的最佳实施方式是这样的。参照图1，圆角在主轴颈与台肩面交汇处，圆角呈斜下凹的方式。圆角由两个斜面和一个圆弧面组成。当把一种有规律的挤压力施加到这两个斜面时，就完成了对该区域的强化。具体是在曲轴轴颈和台肩交汇处设计一个向下凹的圆角，圆角由两个夹角斜面(2、5)和一个圆弧面(3)组成，夹角斜面(2)夹角12.5°±2.5°-32.5°±2.5°，夹角斜面(5)夹角22.5°±2.5°-42.5°±2.5°。圆角中心线至水平面夹角40°-60°，本实用新型取50°圆角口宽3.075mm-3.745mm。

1. 一种曲轴主轴颈圆角强化结构，包括曲轴的轴颈和轴颈台肩，其特征在于曲轴与台肩面交汇处的圆角斜下凹，圆角由夹角斜面(2、5)和一个圆弧面(3)组成。
2. 按照权利要求1所述的曲轴主轴颈圆角强化结构，其特征在于一个夹角斜面(2)夹角12.5°-32.5°，另一个夹角斜面(5)夹角22.5°-42.5°。
3. 按照权利要求1或2所述的曲轴主轴颈圆角强化结构，其特征在于圆角口宽(7)3.075mm-3.745mm。
