Abstract

本实用新型为一种可踩踏的LED显示屏，涉及发光体为半导体光源的领域，对于水平铺在舞台上的显示屏还缺少体现光学特性的设计，导致发光效率低，显示效果不够清晰，可视角度小，在机械结构上散热性能差，没有排水构造，为克服这些问题，本实用新型提出的技术方案包括装在贴片LED上方的面罩具有内面罩和外面罩两部分，外面罩内侧曲面的焦点与贴片LED的发光点重合，内面罩内侧曲面的焦点处于外面罩顶部中心的垂直线上，在贴片LED的周围的外面罩和基座上分别开有多个通孔，且互相贯通，本实用新型具有适用范围大，不论户内户外，大小舞台都能使用，承载能力大和使用寿命长的有益效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及在支架上建立信息指示装置领域，尤其是涉及发光体为半导体光源的领域。
背景技术
LED显示屏从垂直安装显示信息已经发展到水平安装运用到地面显示灯光影像，应用于演出舞台、酒吧舞厅、展览馆、购物中心等公共娱乐场所。应用于地面的LED显示屏，应具备可直接承载人、物，甚至汽车等重型物品的承重性，同时要具有显示全彩色视频效果的功能，以及耐磨性高、防雨、防水性好的特性。经过多次应用和反复实践，可踩踏的LED显示屏得到了不断地改进和完善，基本满足了使用的要求。但是还存在着以下缺点：在结构上每个LED像素缺少体现光学特性的设计，在发光效率、可视角度、显示效果上有待改进；另外LED显示屏为整件结构，当水平铺设在地面上时散热性能较差，在露天使用时也没有排雨水的结构，所有这些问题都有待解决。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的为提供一种显示亮度高，效果清晰、散热性能好，具有排雨水结构的可踩踏的LED显示屏。
实现上述发明目的的技术方案如下：
一种可踩踏的LED显示屏，具有基座，在基座上装有线路板，在线路板上装有有规律分布的多个贴片LED，在每个贴片LED之间有防水胶隔开，在贴片LED层上面装有面罩，面罩为透明或半透明的，每个贴片LED都被面罩包围，面罩与贴片LED之间具有空隙，面罩具有外面罩和内面罩两部分，内面罩的外侧面被外面罩的内侧面包围，内面罩底部与线路板固定，内面罩内侧面和外面罩内侧面都为曲面，在贴片LED周围的外面罩和基座上分别开有多个通孔，面罩通孔和基座通孔互相贯通。
外面罩内侧曲面的焦点与LED发光点重合，内面罩内侧曲面的焦点处于外面罩顶部中心至LED发光面的垂直线上。内面罩内侧曲面为具有镜面镀层的反射面。外面罩采用含有散光剂的聚碳酸酯制作。
本实用新型的外面罩内侧曲面和内面罩内侧曲面共同产生了高效率的出光效果，加上外面罩散光剂的作用，使LED显示亮度提高，而且各角度的亮度一致。
因为内面罩内侧曲面具有镜面镀层，使每个LED像素被内罩面围成互不透光的独立发光空间，防止了串光干涉，使显示效果清晰锐利。
在LED显示屏整件上分布有多个贯穿面罩基座的通孔，使背面的热量能向外排出，在户外使用时可及时排除显示屏上的积水。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：
1、因为显示亮度高、效果清晰，使可视角度增大，适用范围大，不仅适用于小剧场舞台，也能适用于大剧场舞台，电视演出厅、户外演出场地。
2、由于具有通孔，解决了散热和排水的问题，从整体上保护了显示屏，提高了使用寿命。
3、在每个贴片LED周围都有内、外面罩，客观上增加了面罩的支点，提高了显示屏的承载能力。

具体实施方式
现通过以下实施例对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步说明。
图1、图2显示了具体结构，在铝合金基座1上装有线路板2，在线路板上装有有规律分布的多个贴片LED 3，贴片LED也就是显示屏所显示画面的像素，在每个贴片LED的周围装有敞口的内面罩5，在内面罩和贴片LED之间具有防水胶4，在内面罩外包有封口的外面罩6，外面罩用含有通用散光剂的聚碳酸酯制成，散光剂的含量为3-20％，本实用新型采用的散光剂含量为8％，外面罩内侧具有内曲面9，内曲面的焦点与贴面LED发光点重合，内罩面5的内侧面为具有反射功能的曲面10，在曲面上具有镜面镀层，镀层材料为铬，在每个贴片LED周围的外面罩上开有面罩通孔7，在对应的基座位置开有基座通孔8，面罩通孔与基座通孔互相贯通。

1.一种可踩踏的LED显示屏，具有基座，在基座上装有线路板，在线路板上装有有规律分布的多个贴片LED，在每个贴片LED之间有防水胶隔开，在贴片LED层上面装有面罩，面罩为透明或半透明的，其特征为每个贴片LED都被面罩包围，面罩与贴片LED之间具有空隙，面罩具有外面罩和内面罩两部分，内面罩的外侧面被外面罩的内侧面包围，内面罩底部与线路板固定，内面罩内侧面和外面罩内侧面都为曲面，在贴片LED周围的外面罩和基座上分别开有多个通孔，面罩通孔和基座通孔互相贯通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可踩踏的LED显示屏，其特征为外面罩内侧曲面的焦点与LED发光点重合，内面罩内侧曲面的焦点处于外面罩顶部中心至LED发光面的垂直线上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可踩踏的LED显示屏，其特征为内面罩内侧曲面为具有镜面镀层的反射面。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的可踩踏的LED显示屏，其特征为外面罩采用含有散光剂的聚碳酸酯制作。
