Abstract
본 발명에 따른 엘이디 전광판용 집광 렌즈는, 중앙부의 일측에 함몰되는 홈부가 형성되는 몸체; 상기 홈부의 반대면으로 돌출 형성되는 곡률부; 및 발광면을 가지고, 상기 발광면이 상기 곡률부를 향하도록 상기 홈부에 삽입되는 칩 엘이디 소자를 포함할 수 있고, 상기 곡률부는 상기 칩 엘이디 소자가 위치하는 높이를 기준으로 서로 다른 곡률을 가지는 상부 곡률부, 및 하부 곡률부로 이루어질 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 중앙부의 일측에 함몰되는 홈부가 형성되는 몸체;
상기 홈부의 반대면으로 돌출 형성되는 곡률부; 및
발광면을 가지고, 상기 발광면이 상기 곡률부를 향하도록 상기 홈부에 삽입되는 칩 엘이디 소자를 포함하고,
상기 곡률부는 상기 칩 엘이디 소자가 위치하는 높이를 기준으로 외면의 곡률이 연속적으로 변화하는 상부 곡률부, 및 하부 곡률부로 이루어지며,
상기 상부 곡률부는 A < B의 형상을 가지고,
여기서, 상기 "A"는 상기 발광면의 중심으로부터 상기 상부 곡률부의 최상단까지의 길이이고, 상기 "B"는 상기 발광면의 중심으로부터 상기 상부 곡률부의 전면까지의 수직 길이인 엘이디 전광판용 집광 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하부 곡률부는, 상기 칩 엘이디 소자의 발광면의 중심을 기준으로 일정한 곡률 반경을 가지는 엘이디 전광판용 집광 렌즈.
- 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 A : B는 1 : 1.5 내지 1 : 1.9인 엘이디 전광판용 집광 렌즈.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 홈부의 크기는 광원의 크기보다 큰 엘이디 전광판용 집광 렌즈.
