原有的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯聚合物三层吹塑流滴消雾薄膜是一种成熟的产品,深受农民欢迎。但是它的强度和流滴期限都受到限制,特别是抗风能力不能满足人们的使用要求。

一种吹塑流滴消雾大棚膜,包括外层1、中层2和内层3,其中中层2和内层3均为普通塑料薄膜层,所述的外层1为茂金属线形聚乙烯层。三层薄膜厚度最好为1∶2∶1。
由于茂金属线形聚乙烯对流滴剂有阻隔作用,本实用新型在大棚膜的外层采用茂金属线形聚乙烯层,能够有效的阻隔流滴剂向上析出,使之只能够向下析出,延长了棚膜的流滴期,还能大幅度提高棚膜的强度,特别是抗风能力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吹塑流滴消雾大棚膜,其特征在于:所述的外层、中层和内层的厚度比例最好为1∶2∶1。
