本实用新型涉及一种电动滑板车,尤其是涉及一种节能电动滑板车。
背景技术
目前,电动滑板车作为一种新兴的休闲运动产品,以其轻盈、秀气,重量轻的优点而逐渐为人们所接受,特别是为年轻人所青睐。一些人甚至把它作为代步的主要工具。但在使用中,其缺点也暴露出来,因其电池容量太小,即使是新电池充一次电一般也只能跑20公里,并且充电时间长,因此给使用者带来了不少麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种节能电动滑板车,以解决现有技术电动滑板车所存在的不节能,行驶距离短等技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题的,本实用新型包括滑板、滑轮、电动机,所述滑板下设置有一直流发电机,该直流发电机设置在机座上,机座的一端铰接在支撑滑板的钢架上,在直流发电机的转轴上套有摩擦轮,所述摩擦轮与滑轮位于同一平面。
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,所述滑板上还设有一踏板,该踏板一端与拉线相连,所述拉线穿过固定于钢架上的滑套与机座的另一端相连。
作为本实用新型的另一种优选方案,所述踏板下设置有一转换开关,该转换开关有两个触点,分别与直流发电机和电动机的一电极相连。
在本实用新型中,当滑板车遇到下坡路和其它无动力滑行状态时,只要脚踩踏板,踏板就可带动拉线使摩擦轮与滑轮接触,并通过转换开关让直流发电机回路接通,电动机回路断开,从而使发电机进入发电状态。发电机将电能储存在蓄电池中,以便在松开踏板时供电动机备用。通过以上节能措施,本实用新型的节能效率超过35%,因此从根本上克服了普通电动滑板车行驶距离短,充电频繁等缺点。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示的节能电动滑板车主要由滑板7、滑轮6、电动机和蓄电池8,直流发电机11等构成。其中在滑板上设有踏板1,该踏板中间与滑板铰接,在踏板下还设置有转换开关10,当踏板踩下时,转换开关10就会进行电路的切换。
由图2进一步可知,直流发电机11固定在机座3上,机座3是一杠杆,其一端铰接在支撑滑板的钢架5上,另一端与拉线9相连,拉线9穿过固定于钢架上的滑套10与踏板1的一端相连。
直流发电机11的转轴上套有摩擦轮4,该摩擦轮4与滑轮6位于同一平面,因此当踏板踩下时,摩擦轮4在拉线9的作用下就可以压在滑轮上。
图3是节能电动滑板车的电路原理图。其中转换开关10是单刀双掷开关,有两个触点a、b,分别与直流发电机11和电动机的一电极相连,开关的公共点o则与电池的一极相连。当在正常行驶状态时,触刀与触点a相接触,电动机正常运行,当踏板踩下时,转换开关10中的触刀与触点a相接触,电动机停止运行,同时直流发电机的摩擦轮4靠压在滑轮6上,直流发电机就进入发电状态,开始向蓄电池充电。

1.一种节能电动滑板车,包括滑板、滑轮、电动机,其特征是在所述滑板下设置有一直流发电机,该直流发电机设置在机座上,机座的一端铰接在支撑滑板的钢架上,在直流发电机的转轴上套有摩擦轮,所述摩擦轮与滑轮位于同一平面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能电动滑板车,其特征是在所述滑板上还设有一踏板,该踏板一端与拉线相连,所述拉线穿过固定于钢架上的滑套与机座的另一端相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的节能电动滑板车,其特征是在所述踏板下设置有一转换开关,该转换开关有两个触点,分别与直流发电机和电动机的一电极相连。
