Abstract
一种内冲刷式除污器，主要用于暖通空调系统的除污，主要由出水阀门、多孔冲刷喷淋管、除污器壳体、滤网、进水阀门、旁通阀门、冲刷阀门、排污阀门组成，在除污器过滤网的中心部位安装多孔冲刷喷淋管对滤网进行冲刷清洗，可在系统运行不停机、不打开除污器的情况下清除过滤网上粘附的污垢，效率高、除污效果好。

本实用新型涉及一种暖通空调系统的除污装置，尤其是内冲刷式除污器。
背景技术
目前，暖通空调系统的除污器主要有立式、卧式、旋流式、可刷式(用毛刷刷过滤网的外部)，这些除污器由于网孔较大，都不能有效的排除管道系统内的微小颗粒及悬浮物，当孔网较小时及易堵塞，造成清理困难不能正常使用，即是采用可刷式除污器效果也不理想。
发明内容
为了解决现有暖通空调系统除污器过滤网清理困难的问题，本实用新型设计了一种利用多孔冲刷喷淋管清除除污器过滤网上所粘附污垢的装置——内冲刷式除污器。
本实用新型解决的技术问题所采用的技术方案是：其结构有壳体，进水管与壳体侧面连接，出水管位于壳体上面中心处，壳体内部出水管进水端装有过滤网，在除污器过滤网的中心部位安装多孔冲刷喷淋管，当除污器进出口压差超过要求时，对滤网进行清洗排污，开启旁通阀，关闭进出水阀门，打开排污阀，再打开冲刷阀门，冲刷喷淋过滤网，其污垢水通过除污器下端的排污管排出系统。冲刷完毕后分别关闭冲刷阀、排污阀，打开进出水阀门，最后关闭旁通阀门，恢复到正常的系统水过滤运行状态。
本实用新型的有益效果是，在暖通空调管道系统中使用该内冲刷式除污器，可在不打开除污器的情况下有效的清除过滤网上过滤粘附的污垢，而且效率高、除污效果好，不影响系统的正常运行。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示，当对过滤网(5)进行清洗排污时，打开旁通阀门(7)，关闭进出水阀门(2)、(6)，打开排污阀(9)，再打开冲刷阀门(8)，使管道内的压力水通过多孔冲刷喷淋管(3)向四周的滤网(5)喷淋冲刷，其污垢水通过除污器下端的排污管排出系统。冲刷完毕后再分别关闭冲刷阀门(8)、排污阀门(9)、打开进出水阀门(2)、(6)，最后关闭旁通阀门(7)，恢复到正常的系统水过滤运行状态。

1.一种内冲刷式除污器，其结构有壳体，进水管与壳体侧面连接，出水管位于壳体上面中心处，壳体内部出水管进水端装有过滤网，其特征是在过滤网的中心部位安装多孔冲刷喷淋管，冲洗水由滤网内部向外冲刷清洗。
