本实用新型提供一种水浴式除尘器,其主要技术特征是,过滤装置的滤网层用螺栓与外装壳体固接。进气装置的排气管经外装壳体侧壁通孔插入壳体内部,用螺栓栓接固定。循环装置的循环泵由螺栓固定在外装壳体总成外侧,出水管连接至外装壳体内部花洒接口,进水管通过外装壳体下端通孔进入壳体内部位于水位线下部,经焊接后固定。其优点是结构新颖、除尘率高、经济效果好,对于环保除尘、净化空气、节约资源这三项功能均有很强的实用性和十分明显的使用效果。同时,可取代旋风除尘和布袋除尘两种除尘方式。

本实用新型涉及一种环保除尘设备,特别是一种水浴式除尘器
技术背景:
目前,社会众多环保除尘设备都以旋风式通过迷宫结构降低大颗粒溢出或布袋结构通过过滤袋降低排放。但是这两种降尘结构,虽然能相对降低废气粉尘污染,但是,结构仍存在一定的缺陷,旋风式的降尘装置,结构复杂,且对于小颗粒废气基本束手无策。布袋结构根据其纤维孔的约束,使得虽然比旋风式结构降尘率高,但却要时常更换滤袋,而且对于部分有毒气体无能为力。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足,提供一种水浴式除尘器。它是一种以水循环的结构,实现了以水滤尘、以水滤气的目的。可取代旋风除尘和布袋除尘两种除尘结构。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:由过滤装置、循环装置、外装壳体、进气装置四部分组成。其特征是,过滤装置的滤网层用螺栓与外装壳体固接。进气装置的排气管经外装壳体侧壁通孔插入壳体内部,用螺栓栓接固定。循环装置的循环泵由螺栓固定在外装壳体总成外侧,出水管连接至外装壳体内部花洒接口,进水管通过外装壳体下端通孔进入壳体内部位于水位线下部,经焊接后固定。
过滤部分由多层滤网组成,当循环部分的水到达该位置时,将与滤网群形成一个水幕空间。该水幕空间的形成即可达到水浴废气的净化目的,如废弃水溶性差,可在循环水中附置相应添加剂,又可以通过冲洗、湿润滤网群达到有效过滤大颗粒的除尘目的。
本实用新型的优点是,结构新颖、除尘率高、经济效果好,对于环保除尘、净化空气、节约资源这三项功能均有很强的实用性和十分明显的使用效果。同时,可取代旋风除尘和布袋除尘两种除尘方式。

由图1可知,外装壳体1,过滤装置2,进气装置3,循环装置4。过滤装置的滤网层经M10螺栓栓接至外装壳体1内部。进气装置排气管经外装壳体1侧壁通孔插入壳体内部位于水位线上部,经螺栓栓接固定。循环装置4的循环泵由螺栓固定在外装壳体1总成外侧焊接板处,出水管连接至外装壳体1内部花洒接口,进水管通过外装壳体下端通孔进入壳体内部位于水位线下部,经焊接后固定。
