Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种油气田钻井工具用电磁阀。主要由电磁铁(1)、阀体(2)、阀芯(3)、电磁铁(4)组成。电磁铁(1)、(4)分别连接在阀体(2)的左右两端,阀体(2)中空,由非导磁材料制成,阀体(2)上开有连通阀芯左右两端的连通孔。阀芯(3)置于阀体(2)内腔,阀芯(3)由导磁材料制成,为中间大、两头小的圆柱体,阀芯(3)中部大圆柱与阀体(2)为滑动配合。阀体(2)内的连通孔平衡了阀芯(3)两端的压力,且液体只在阀芯(3)的左端流入流出,不会产生节流增加阀芯(3)的移动阻力。电磁铁(1)通电时,阀芯(3)移向左端,电磁阀关闭,电磁铁(4)通电时,阀芯(3)移向右端,电磁阀打开。

本实用新型涉及一种油气田生产中的井下工具,特别是井下工具用一种电磁阀。
背景技术
电磁阀是液控系统经常使用的元件,普通的电磁阀由于阀芯的移动阻力较大,因此电磁铁的体积也比较大,经常不能用于井下工具上。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种用的电磁阀,用于控制井下工具的液压回路。
本实用新型主要由电磁铁1、阀体2、阀芯3、电磁铁4组成。电磁铁1、4分别连接在阀体2的左右两端。阀体2中空,由非导磁材料制成,阀体2上开有连通阀芯左右两端的连通孔。阀芯3置于阀体2的内腔,阀芯3由导磁材料制成,为中间大、两头小的圆柱体,阀芯3中部大圆柱与阀体2为滑动配合,阀芯3中部大圆柱将阀芯3两端与阀体2之间的环空封隔。阀芯3靠最右时,阀体2上的输入口、输出口均位于阀芯3中部大圆柱之左,输出口紧邻阀芯3中部大圆柱。阀芯3中部大圆柱长度大于阀芯3最左端距电磁铁1的距离及输出口内口长度。
本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型通过阀体2内的连通孔平衡了阀芯3两端的压力,且液体只在阀芯3的左端流入流出,不会产生节流增加阀芯3的移动阻力,用较小的电磁铁1、4就可使阀芯3移动。电磁铁1通电时,阀芯3移向左端,电磁阀关闭,电磁铁4通电时,阀芯3移向右端,电磁阀打开。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
如图1所述的一种电磁阀,主要由电磁铁1、阀体2、阀芯3、电磁铁4组成。电磁铁1、4分别连接在阀体2的左右两端。阀体2中空,由非导磁材料制成,阀体2上开有连通阀芯左右两端的连通孔。阀芯3置于阀体2的内腔,阀芯3由导磁材料制成,为中间大、两头小的圆柱体,阀芯3中部大圆柱与阀体2为滑动配合,阀芯3中部大圆柱将阀芯3两端与阀体2之间的环空封隔。阀芯3靠最右时,阀体2上的输入口、输出口均位于阀芯3中部大圆柱之左,输出口紧邻阀芯3中部大圆柱。阀芯3中部大圆柱长度大于阀芯3最左端距电磁铁1的距离及输出口内口长度。
