Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种混胶系统，本实用新型包括马达、静态混合器和两个带有排气阀的泵体，所述的泵体和静态混合器连通的胶管上设有阀门。本实用新型的有益效果是：1.不需要拆装静态混合器，使操作更简单；2.泵体和静态混合器间的阀门可以阻止因两泵体内胶料压力不同而在静态混合器根部回流，避免了两种胶料混合不好，并且静态混合器与泵体之间不裹气；3.从排气阀打出的胶料是单组分胶，没有混合可以重复利用，胶料没有任何浪费。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种混胶系统，特别是一种复合橡胶成型工艺中使用的混胶系统。
(二)背景技术
目前复合橡胶的注塑中的混胶系统是一个马达带动两个泵体同时工作，泵体打出的两个组分胶同时进入静态混合器混合均匀后，再注入模具。
在换胶时，泵体放入胶料时会裹有气体，需要将气体排出。排气前，先将静态混合器拆下，再对泵体排气，然后安上静态混合器，这样静态混合器与泵体之间有裹气，又需要将静态混合器与泵体之间的气体排出。不仅胶料浪费，操作也复杂。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种在换胶时不需拆卸静态混合器即可排气的混胶系统，并使静态混合器与泵体之间不裹气。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括马达、静态混合器和两个带有排气阀的泵体，所述的泵体和静态混合器连通的胶管上设有阀门。
本实用新型的有益效果是：1、不需要拆装静态混合器，使操作更简单；2、泵体和静态混合器间的阀门可以阻止因两泵体内胶料压力不同而在静态混合器根部回流，避免了两种胶料混合不好，并且静态混合器与泵体之间不裹气；3、从排气阀打出的胶料是单组分胶，没有混合可以重复利用，胶料没有任何浪费。

(五)具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种具体实施例，它包括马达1、静态混合器4和两个泵体2，两个泵体2上都装有排气阀3，两个泵体2由马达1带动运行，两个泵体2的出胶口各通过一个胶管5连接静态混合器4，胶管5上设有阀门6，阀门6可采用球阀或其它一些密封性好的阀门。
更换胶料操作方法：先将两个阀门6关闭，无须拆下静态混合器4，将注胶压力降为零，把两个泵体2放入胶料内，打开排气阀3，升高注胶压力，使得泵体2放入胶料时裹有的气体从排气阀3排出。因安装了阀门6，避免因注胶泵体内部压力不同和两组分胶黏度不同，胶料在两胶管5与静态混合器连接处因压力不同，压力大的组分胶流入压力小的组分内，在进入静态混合器时胶料不能按1∶1混合。气体排出后将注胶压力降为零，排气阀3不出胶关闭排气阀。
