背景技术
采用电池燃料作为动力来源的电动车助力车、电动自行车等成为了大多数人们交通工具的首选。目前,市场上所用的电动车轮毂电机所使用的定子片结构通常具有51个绕线槽,存在着噪音大、扭矩小,漆包线耗材多,成本高等诸多不理想之处。
实用新型内容
针对上述技术方案中存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电动车轮毂电机的定子片,具有工作效率高、噪音低、减少生产成本等特点。
为实现上述目的,是通过如下技术方案实现的:
电动车轮毂电机的定子片,具有定子片体和设置在定子片体上的绕线槽,其特征在于:所述的定子片具有48个绕线槽,定子片外直径为190毫米~205毫米。
所述的定子片外直径最优方式之一为197.8毫米。
所述的定子片外直径另一实施方式为198毫米。
采用上述结构的电动车轮毂电机的定子片,定子的结构和转子配合的设计方案正好满足了负载对转速和转矩的要求,达到了合理的配置,降低了噪音,并提高工作效率;另一方面,定子结构因为减少了槽数,可以降低了漆包线的耗材量,进而进一步降低了生产成本,并可以使工人更方便地进行绕线操作。

如图1所示,电动车轮毂电机的定子片,具有定子片体1和设置在定子片体上的绕线槽2,所述的绕线槽2具有48槽,定子外直径为190毫米~205毫米;其中定子片外直径最优方式之一为197.8毫米,定子片外直径另一实施方式为198毫米。
采用上述结构的电动车轮毂电机的定子片,定子的结构和转子配合的设计方案正好满足了负载对转速和转矩的要求,达到了合理的配置,降低了噪音,并提高工作效率;另一方面,定子结构因为减少了槽数,可以降低了漆包线的耗材量,进而进一步降低了生产成本,并可以使工人更方便地进行绕线操作。

3.如权利要求1所述的电动车轮毂电机的定子片,其特征在于:所述的定子片外直径为198毫米。
