一、技术领域
本实用新型属于变压器制造领域,特别涉及一种变压器低压套管出线。
二、背景技术
传统大中型变压器低压套管出线采用在顶盖上焊接一个升高座,升高座采用开手孔的安装方式。该结构有以下几个缺点:一是升高座体积大,加工工时长,焊接量较多。焊接后产生的焊缝多,这些焊缝在遇到外力影响时极易产生渗油,导致变压器工作安全性下降;二是升高座上部盖板采用无磁钢板,它与升高座是两种材质,焊接时应力大,易变形,也极易渗油;三是升高座占具空间多,不利于顶盖上其余附件的布置,更不利于变压器美观。
三、发明内容
本实用新型针对上述技术问题,提供一种不需安装升高座的变压器低压套管出线。
本实用新型的技术解决方案为:一种变压器低压套管出线,包括变压器顶盖,其特征在于变压器顶盖上设有椭圆孔,椭圆孔上设有外形配合的低压套管法兰框,法兰框上设有隔磁盖板。隔磁盖板上设有出线孔,出线孔上设有瓷套。法兰框与隔磁盖板间设有橡胶圈。
本实用新型产生的有益效果为:一是结构简单,加工方便,焊接量少;二是无磁钢板与法兰采用螺栓联接,沟槽密封,不用焊接,大大减少了渗油机会;三是体积减小,有利于顶盖上其余附件的布置。该新型结构实施以后,变压器外观简洁,减少了焊接工序,减少了渗油机会,同时降低了成本。

五、具体实施方式
实施例1
一种变压器低压套管出线,包括变压器顶盖1,变压器顶盖1上开设有椭圆孔,椭圆孔上连接有椭圆形的低压套管法兰框2,法兰框与顶盖椭圆孔外形配合,法兰框上设有隔磁盖板3,隔磁盖板通过螺栓与法兰框连接。隔磁盖板3上设有出线孔4,出线孔上设有瓷套,瓷套通过螺栓与出线孔连接。法兰框与隔磁盖板间设有橡胶圈5。

1.一种变压器低压套管出线,包括变压器顶盖(1),其特征在于变压器顶盖(1)上设有椭圆孔,椭圆孔上设有外形配合的低压套管法兰框(2),法兰框上设有隔磁盖板(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的变压器低压套管出线,其特征在于所述隔磁盖板(3)上设有出线孔(4),出线孔上设有瓷套。
3.如权利要求1所述的变压器低压套管出线,其特征在于所述法兰框与隔磁盖板间设有橡胶圈(5)。
