技术领域
本实用新型涉及制刀用复合材料领域,特别适合用做复合厨刀、复合菜刀、复合餐刀的制刀用刃部复合钢板及钢带。
背景技术
采用刃具用复合钢板制刀,可以同时满足刃部高硬度、高淬硬性、高耐磨性,刃部部位薄而锋利,刃部两侧表面部位低淬硬性、软而易磨的两种截然相反的条件,因而可以制造出高质量的刀具。每把刀只需在刃部1至3厘米处采用刃具用复合钢板即可,但通常的刃具用复合钢板是全面积复合的。为了降低材料成本,制刀厂采用在较便宜的材料上焊接1至3厘米宽的刃具用复合钢板做为刃部的办法加以解决,此工艺增加了焊接费用和焊接工艺难度,因而复合刀的产量很小,阻碍了刃具用复合钢板的广泛应用。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是提供一种免焊型制刀用刃部复合钢板及钢带,本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的方案如下:以刃具用复合钢板为刃部基层,以碳素钢或不锈钢为包复层,将碳素钢或不锈钢把刃具用复合钢板包复起来。刃具用复合钢板的厚度为0.3至2厘米,宽度为0.5至6厘米,制造时将碳素钢或不锈钢把刃具用复合钢板包复起来制成复合坯,将复合坯进行加热锻打、再加热轧制成刀用刃部复合钢板及钢带。本实用新型可直接冲成刀坯,其刃部为复合钢,其余部位是较经济实用的碳素钢或不锈钢。
本实用新型的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,可以减少每把刀高硬质合金钢的用量,降低材料成本,可使制刀厂取消复合材料的焊接及其相关工序,具有提高产量、降低产品成本的特点。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型的特征是以刃具用复合钢板1为刃部基层,以碳素钢或不锈钢2为包复层,将碳素钢或不锈钢2把刃具用复合钢板包复起来,刃具用复合钢板1的厚度为0.3至2厘米,宽度为0.5至6厘米,制造时将碳素钢或不锈钢2把刃具用复合钢板1包复起来制成复合坯,将复合坯进行加热锻打、再加热轧制成刀用刃部复合钢板及钢带。

1.一种制刀用刃部复合钢板及钢带,其特征是以刃具用复合钢板(1)为刃部基层,以碳素钢或不锈钢(2)为包复层,将碳素钢或不锈钢(2)把刃具用复合钢板(1)包复起来。
2.按照权利要求1所说的制刀用刃部复合钢板及钢带,其特征是所说的刃具用复合钢板(1)的厚度为0.3至2厘米,宽度为0.5至6厘米。
