【背景技术】
在现有技术中,螺旋型荧光灯的弯管成型过程的尺寸控制是依靠操作工人用目测的方法控制的,在对绕在弯管模具上的热变形玻璃管吹气膨胀时,当操作工人目测判断膨胀到符合尺寸要求时,切断气源停止膨胀。由于这个过程复杂,操作掌握难度大,造成灯管尺寸精度不高,一致性差。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种螺旋型荧光灯管弯管成型尺寸的控制装置,解决上述存在的螺旋型荧光灯管弯管成型过程复杂,操作掌握难度大,灯管尺寸精度不高,一致性差的技术问题。
为达到上述目的本实用新型采用下述技术方案:
一种螺旋型荧光灯管弯管成型尺寸的控制装置,主要包括加热变形的玻璃管、弯管模具机构、吹气机构、光电测量系统、支架,弯管模具机构、吹气机构、光电测量系统安装在支架上,光电测量系统的测量光束处于弯管模具的轴线上方,加热变形的玻璃管绕在弯管模具机构上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下显而易见的特点和优点。
本实用新型中的光电测量系统安装在支架的位置能保证光电测量系统的测量光束与弯管模具周围的距离是灯管要求的尺寸,绕在弯管模具机构模具上的加热变形的玻璃管当被吹气系统吹出的压力气膨胀到被光电测量系统的测量光束检测到信号时,光电测量系统自动发出信号切断吹气系统气源,玻璃管停止膨胀。这样,螺旋型荧光灯管弯管成型过程的尺寸得到自动控制,灯管尺寸精度高,一致性好,同时解决了制灯行业制造螺旋型荧光灯管的自动弯管机的关键技术。

如图1、2所示,一种螺旋型荧光灯管弯管成型尺寸的控制装置,主要包括加热变形的玻璃管(1)、弯管模具机构(2)、吹气机构(4)、光电测量系统(5)、支架(6)。其特征是弯管模具机构(2)、吹气机构(4)、光电测量系统(5)安装在支架(6)上,光电测量系统(5)安装在支架(6)的位置能保证光电测量系统(5)的测量光束在弯管模具(3)轴线上方且与模具(3)上顶部的距离符合灯管要求的尺寸,绕在弯管模具(3)上的加热变形的玻璃管(1)当被吹气机构(4)吹出的压力气膨胀到被光电测量系统(5)的测量光束检测到信号时,光电测量系统(5)自动发出信号切断吹气机构(4)气源,玻璃管(1)停止膨胀。这样,螺旋型荧光灯管弯管成型过程的尺寸得到自动控制,灯管尺寸精度高,一致性好,同时解决了制灯行业制造螺旋型荧光灯管的自动弯管机的关键技术。
