本实用新型涉及一种加工中心机床压板采用可调试结构,尤其涉及一种机床压板可调式楔铁。
背景技术
现在加工中心的压板安装结构均采用整体式结构,不能调节,对机床零件的的加工和装配以及加工中心的使用精度都有较大的影响,尤其在机床长时间使用后由于导轨副间的磨损而无发调节机床压板和导轨间的间隙。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种机床三坐标压板可调式楔铁,解决现有技术中机床压板间隙无法调节的缺陷。
技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种机床三坐标压板可调式楔铁,机床导轨安装在机床工作台上,机床导轨上有机床压板,所述的机床压板为1∶50~1∶200的斜面压板,机床压板和机床导轨之间有一块相对应的活动比例的机床可调楔铁。
所述的机床压板的斜面为1∶100。
有益效果
本实用新型压板采用可调式楔铁的结构随时可以通过楔铁补偿因机床导轨副相互间磨损带来的精度误差,结构是:把压板分成两部分,一是1∶100固定楔铁,另一部分是通过螺钉可以调节的楔铁。通过可调节楔铁随时可以补偿导轨副之间的磨损误差。对机床维修也十分方便,导轨副之间的运行精度更加稳定。
