目前，临床上多采用护理人员牵拉患儿胳膊，强迫患儿行走锻炼。其特点是：操作简单，适合短时锻炼，其不足是：患儿不配合，护理强度大，不能满足康复锻炼患儿兴趣高、护理强度低的要求。
由于现有护理人员牵拉患儿胳膊，强迫患儿行走锻炼存在患儿不配合，护理强度大的不足，使用中存在很大的局限性，不能满足康复锻炼患儿兴趣高、护理强度低的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于克服现有护理人员牵拉患儿胳膊，强迫患儿行走锻炼存在患儿不配合，护理强度大的不足，而提供一种儿童肢体功能康复扶助器，代替牵拉患儿胳膊，满足康复锻炼患儿兴趣高、护理强度低的要求。
本实用新型采用如下技术解决方案：一种儿童肢体功能康复扶助器，包括固定带，固定带为双层中空结构，固定带上设有响铃，响铃两边分别设有海绵带，布带一端设有扣眼，一端设有纽扣，另有两根布条的一端垂直缝于布带上。

使用时，将固定带8置于患儿胸前，响铃4向上，海绵带2分别置于腋下，布带3在身后搭接，纽扣6扣入扣眼1，护理员两手分别向上拉起拉手环7，使布条5拉紧。患儿注意力被响铃4吸引，锻炼兴趣提高。护理人员可直立行走，减轻了劳动强度。
