本实用新型克服上述问题的不足，提供一种结构简单，安全方便的行走康复训练车，该训练车是这样实现的：底框架为框架结构，前端为半圆状，在底框架的前面设有两前万向轮，后面设有两后轮，在所说的两前万向轮和两后轮上分别设有自锁装置；在底框架的前端斜向上设有支撑杆，在支撑杆的后面设有可折叠脚板；支撑杆的顶部设有扶手架，扶手架的底端与底框架的后端连接，在支撑杆的中间位置连接有弹性连接带；在两后轮靠前的底框架两边沿上连接有靠背架，在靠背架上设有靠背带，在扶手架和靠背架之间设有座椅，座椅上设有坐垫。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便、安全、可靠，患者可自行握着扶手移动车体进行行走训练，达到康复训练的目的。患者可以坐在座椅上休息，将脚板放平，患者的双脚放置在脚板上由其他人员来手推靠背架把患者带回。
