本实用新型公开了一种单机除尘器。它包括机架，电机，风机，电控箱，滤尘袋，门，振动电机，振动机构，落料斗，接尘斗，接尘门及滤尘架，机架包括上壳体和下壳体，电机及风机设于上壳体内，滤尘袋、落料斗及接尘斗设于下壳体内，滤尘架设于上壳体和下壳体之间，滤尘袋与滤尘架连接，在机架与滤尘架之间设有弹性密封垫，振动电机通过振动机构与滤尘架连接，下壳体一侧设置进风口，上壳体上方设置出风口，电机及振动电机分别与电控箱连接。本实用新型具有结构紧凑合理，操作轻松方便，噪声低，除尘效果好，可直接应用于小型场所以及实验室等特点。

本实用新型涉及一种除尘装置，尤其与单机除尘器有关。
背景技术
现有的除尘装置通常是直接应用于生产一线的大型设备，没有专用的针对小型场所以及实验室的小型单机除尘装置，无法对小型场所以及实验室等进行除尘，影响了小型场所以及实验室等的环境质量和人们的身体健康。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构紧凑合理，操作轻松方便，噪声低，除尘效果好，可直接应用于小型场所以及实验室的单机除尘器。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的。单机除尘器，包括机架，电机，风机，电控箱，滤尘袋，门，振动电机，振动机构，落料斗，接尘斗，接尘门及滤尘架，机架包括上壳体和下壳体，电机及风机设于上壳体内，滤尘袋、落料斗及接尘斗设于下壳体内，接尘门设于下壳体上与接尘斗相应处，滤尘架设于上壳体和下壳体之间，滤尘袋与滤尘架连接，在机架与滤尘架之间设有弹性密封垫，振动电机通过振动机构与滤尘架连接，接尘斗位于机架底部，落料斗设于接尘斗上方，下壳体一侧设置进风口，上壳体上方设置出风口，电机及振动电机分别与电控箱连接。
所述的单机除尘器，在上壳体内腔四周设有海绵。
所述的单机除尘器，在滤尘袋内设有撑架。
所述的单机除尘器，其振动机构为偏心轮振动机构。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：(一)是由于采用整体单机式小型化设计，能充分满足小型场所以及实验室等进行除尘的要求；(二)是由于采用振动机构，可定时或不定时地清理附着在滤尘袋表面的灰尘，提高滤尘效果；(三)是由于设置弹性密封垫，提高了过滤的密封性；(四)是在上壳体内腔四周设有海绵，可起到进一步吸尘及防震降噪的作用；(五)是在滤尘袋内设有撑架，可大大提高滤尘效果。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细的描述。
如图1所示，单机除尘器，包括机架1，电机2，风机3，电控箱4，滤尘袋5，门19，振动电机6，振动机构7，落料斗8，接尘斗9，接尘门10及滤尘架11，机架1包括上壳体12和下壳体13，电机2及风机3设于上壳体12内，滤尘袋5、落料斗8及接尘斗9设于下壳体13内，接尘门10设于下壳体13上与接尘斗9相应处，滤尘架11设于上壳体12和下壳体13之间，滤尘袋5与滤尘架11连接，在机架1与滤尘架11之间设有弹性密封垫14，振动电机6通过振动机构7与滤尘架11连接，接尘斗9位于机架1底部，落料斗8设于接尘斗9上方，下壳体13一侧设置进风口15，上壳体12上方设置出风口16，电机2及振动电机6分别与电控箱4连接，在上壳体12内腔四周设有海绵17，在滤尘袋5内设有撑架18，振动机构7为偏心轮振动机构。

1.一种单机除尘器，包括机架(1)，电机(2)，风机(3)，电控箱(4)，滤尘袋(5)及门(19)，其特征在于：它还包括振动电机(6)，振动机构(7)，落料斗(8)，接尘斗(9)，接尘门(10)及滤尘架(11)，机架(1)包括上壳体(12)和下壳体(13)，电机(2)及风机(3)设于上壳体(12)内，滤尘袋(5)、落料斗(8)及接尘斗(9)设于下壳体(13)内，接尘门(10)设于下壳体(13)上与接尘斗(9)相应处，滤尘架(11)设于上壳体(12)和下壳体(13)之间，滤尘袋(5)与滤尘架(11)连接，在机架(1)与滤尘架(11)之间设有弹性密封垫(14)，振动电机(6)通过振动机构(7)与滤尘架(11)连接，接尘斗(9)位于机架(1)底部，落料斗(8)设于接尘斗(9)上方，下壳体(13)一侧设置进风口(15)，上壳体(12)上方设置出风口(16)，电机(2)及振动电机(6)分别与电控箱(4)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单机除尘器，其特征在于：在上壳体(12)内腔四周设有海绵(17)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的单机除尘器，其特征在于：在滤尘袋(5)内设有撑架(18)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的单机除尘器，其特征在于：振动机构(7)为偏心轮振动机构。
