本实用新型涉及一种电力行业的电容器套管,由内外两层组成。外层以改性环氧树脂、改性聚合羧酸酐、硅微粉为主要原料,配以辅料,经过APG工艺,与内层的铜导电杆一起压铸固化成一体,该铜导电杆两端有内螺纹孔,当电容器内外引线安装时只要将引线直接固定在两端的内螺纹孔中,用螺栓紧固即可。套管上有安装法兰,法兰上带有安装孔,可以直接通过螺栓将本电容器套管安装在箱壳上。是一种机械强度高,电气性能好,安装简单方便,无端部渗漏的一体式电容器套管。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力行业的电容器套管,用于电容器引线的引出。
背景技术
常用的电容器套管为陶瓷材料。电容器引线连接在导电杆上从电容器套管中穿过,陶瓷材料做的外层套管对电容器的引线起绝缘保护作用,并可对连接电容器的电缆起支持作用和密封作用。陶瓷套管与密封垫圈通过压紧机构安装在箱体上,然后将导电杆穿过陶瓷套管(导电杆与陶瓷套管通过导电杆上的圆台阶进行定位)后套进环形密封件,再套上一个小瓷套,小瓷套上部有垫片,最后靠螺母紧固,使环行密封件受到压缩而密封。陶瓷套管的缺点是安装很不方便、易出现端部渗漏、易破碎。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种机械强度高,电气性能好,安装简单方便,无端部渗漏的一体式电容器套管。
本实用新型所述的电容器套管由内外两层组成,外层以改性环氧树脂、改性聚合羧酸酐、硅微粉为主要原料,配以辅料,经过APG工艺,与内层的铜导电杆一起压铸固化成一体,该铜导电杆两端有内螺纹孔,套管上有安装法兰,法兰上带有安装孔。
采用上述材料制作的电容器套管,机械强度高:冲击强度达到16KJ/m2,拉伸强度达到90MPa,弯曲强度达到140MPa。电气性能好:工频耐受电压77KV,雷电冲击耐受电压184KV,30KV下局放量小于3pc,介电强度为30KV/mm。由于带有法兰安装孔,可以直接通过螺栓安装在箱壳上;另外由于导电杆与套管压铸成一体,电容器内外引线安装时只要将引线直接固定在两端的内螺纹孔中,用螺栓紧固即可,简单而方便。铜导电杆与套管是一个整体,因此无端部渗漏问题。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型所述的电容器套管1外层是由改性环氧树脂作基料、改性聚合羧酸酐作固化剂、硅微粉作填料、聚醚作增韧剂、苄基二甲胺作促进剂加色浆组成,按基料100∶固化剂80∶填料330∶增韧剂1.5∶促进剂0.13∶色浆1.2的配比,经过APG工艺,与中心的铜导电杆2一起压铸固化成一体,该铜导电杆两端有内螺纹孔4,当电容器内外引线安装时只要将引线直接固定在两端的内螺纹孔中,用螺栓紧固即可。套管外圈带有安装法兰,安装法兰上带有安装孔3,可以直接通过螺栓将本电容器套管安装在箱壳上。

1.一种电容器套管,由内外两层组成,其特征在于该外层由改性环氧树脂、改性聚合羧酸酐、硅微粉为主要原料,配以辅料,经过APG工艺,与内层的铜导电杆(2)一起压铸固化成一体,该铜导电杆两端有内螺纹孔(4),电容器套管(1)外圈带有安装法兰,安装法兰上有安装孔(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的电容器套管,其特征在于所述的外层以改性环氧树脂作基料、改性聚合羧酸酐作固化剂、硅微粉作填料、聚醚作增韧剂、苄基二甲胺作促进剂加色浆组成,配比为基料100∶固化剂80∶填料330∶增韧剂1.5∶促进剂0.13∶色浆1.2。
