本实用新型是一种空调压缩机排气温控器的固定装置，包括铜管(1)及压缩机排气温控器(4)，其特征在于还包括U型弹性卡扣(5)，压缩机排气温控器(4)置于卡扣(5)内，卡扣(5)卡装在铜管(1)上使压缩机排气温控器紧贴在铜管外壁上。本实用新型由于采用U型弹性卡扣使压缩机排气温控器与铜管紧密接触，因此，其不仅结构简单，装配操作方便，而且不需要在铜管上焊接套筒，大大降低了成本。

技术领域
本实用新型是一种固定装置，特别是一种空调压缩机排气温控器的固定装置。
背景技术
现有技术的空调压缩机排气温控器固定装置如图1所示：在铜管1表面上焊接一个长度与压缩机排气温控器长度相当的套筒2，弹簧固定卡3一端插入套筒内，另一端置于套筒外部，温控器4插入套筒内，弹簧固定卡使温控器与焊接在铜管上的一侧的套筒壁紧密接触，通过热传递达到测量制冷系统管路温度的目的。上述结构的固定装置结构复杂，在生产装配过程中较为繁琐，操作不方便，而且成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种结构简单，装配方便，成本低的压缩机排气温控器的固定装置，以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种压缩机排气温控器的固定装置，包括铜管、压缩机排气温控器及U型弹性卡扣，压缩机排气温控器置于卡扣内，卡扣卡装在铜管上使压缩机排气温控器紧贴在铜管外壁上。
上述U型弹性卡扣的长度与压缩机排气温控器长度相配。
本实用新型由于采用U型弹性卡扣使压缩机排气温控器与铜管紧密接触，因此，其不仅结构简单，装配操作方便，而且不需要在铜管上焊接套筒，大大降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图2、3，本实用新型压缩机排气温控器的固定装置，包括铜管1、压缩机排气温控器4及U型弹性卡扣5，压缩机排气温控器4置于卡扣5内，卡扣5卡装在铜管1上使压缩机排气温控器紧贴在铜管外壁上。
上述U型弹性卡扣5的长度与压缩机排气温控器长度相配。

1.一种空调压缩机排气温控器的固定装置，包括铜管(1)及压缩机排气温控器(4)，其特征在于还包括U型弹性卡扣(5)，压缩机排气温控器(4)置于卡扣(5)内，卡扣(5)卡装在铜管(1)上使压缩机排气温控器紧贴在铜管外壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调压缩机排气温控器的固定装置，其特征在于上述U型弹性卡扣(5)的长度与压缩机排气温控器长度相配。
