Abstract

本实用新型属于晶体切割加工卡具范围,特别涉及一种晶圆切方卡具。尾架固定在固定板上,固定板垂直连接臂,定位条固定旋转角度,在旋转砣上粘接晶锭。该卡具只通过一次粘接就能够完成切方的切割工艺。克服现有技术的采用两次粘接技术才能切割完成切方的不足,大大提高切割效率。

本实用新型属于晶体切割加工卡具范围,特别涉及一种晶圆切方卡具。
背景技术
目前晶圆切方采用两次粘接技术切割。即一次粘接切片,二次粘接才能切方。此方法比较繁琐,耗时较长,在二次粘接前要经过加热去胶,会使晶体产生新的应力,降低晶体质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的采用两次粘接技术才能切割完成切方的不足,提供一种通过一次粘接就能够完成切方的晶圆切方卡具。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下设计方案。
尾架1固定在固定板2上,固定板2垂直于连接臂3,在连接臂3的下部由固定螺母6通过定位条5将旋转砣4固定在连接臂3上。
所述尾架1的旋转范围为0~90度旋转。
所述旋转砣4上粘接晶锭7。
本实用新型的优点:在切割过程中不用停刀即可完成旋转90度。能大大提高切割效率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供一种通过一次粘接就能够完成切方的晶圆切方卡具。在图1所示的晶圆切方卡具结构示意图中,尾架1固定在固定板2上,固定板2垂直于连接臂3,在连接臂3的下部由固定螺母6通过定位条5将旋转砣4固定在连接臂3上。切割前先在旋转砣4上粘接晶锭7,刀片8对准接晶锭7,然后切片,切完片,松开固定螺母6,旋转砣4旋转90度后固定即可切方;因此,本实用新型提供晶圆切方卡具只通过一次粘接就能够完成切方的切割工艺。克服现有技术的采用两次粘接技术才能切割完成切方的不足,大大提高切割效率。

1.一种晶圆切方卡具,其特征在于,尾架(1)固定在固定板(2)上,固定板(2)垂直于连接臂(3),在连接臂(3)的下部由固定螺母(6)通过定位条(5)将旋转砣(4)固定在连接臂(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述晶圆切方卡具,其特征在于,所述旋转砣(4)的旋转范围为0~90度旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述晶圆切方卡具,其特征在于,所述旋转砣(4)上粘接晶锭(7)。
