本实用新型涉及一种LED灯,具体是一种适用于大功率、散热性能良好的改进的LED灯照具。包括电源套筒(1)、散热器(2)、LED灯(3)和灯座(4),LED灯(3)安装在电源套筒(1)内,散热器(2)环设在电源套筒(1)外表,灯座(4)设在散热器(2)的顶部,灯座(4)上安装任何通用的灯头,如MR16、E27、PAR系列等;电源套筒(1)下方设有凹面反光镜(5),沿投射方向在凹面反光镜(5)上叠设一透镜(6)。散热效果理想,能有效的发散LED灯照具本身的高温,还能使聚光效果产生的热量能得到及时的散发,既丰富了灯照投射的效果又保障了元器件的使用寿命,使得大功率LED灯照具的开发使用得以实现。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯,具体是一种适用于大功率、散热性能良好的改进的LED灯照具。
背景技术
目前广泛使用的的LED灯照具一般仅包括电源套筒和用以承载LED灯并起散热用途的铝基板,通过铝基板和套筒将LED灯发出的热量发散,主要是利用空气散热。而这样的方式散热效果并不理想,不能有效的发散LED灯照具本身的高温,从而使得元器件的寿命因高温而缩短,并且局限了大功率LED灯的开发使用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种能延长元器件寿命、提高安全系数并能实现更大功率的具有散热器的LED灯筒。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
改进的LED灯照具,包括电源套筒1、散热器2、LED灯3和灯座4,LED灯3安装在电源套筒1内,散热器2环设在电源套筒1外表,灯座4设在散热器2的顶部,灯座4上可以安装任何通用的卡口或螺口灯头,如MR16、E27、PAR系列等。
散热器2包括复数个散热鳍片21,散热鳍片21呈放射状等间距排列成环状罩杯,扣设在电源套筒1外表。相邻的散热鳍片21,构成一个曲状的空气导流槽,外部冷空气以顺流方式快速引入空气导流槽而形成承风面,进而迫使将外部冷空气平均分散导入至各散热鳍片21之间,作快速导引散热,从而将热量作快速扩散排放。
电源套筒1下方设有凹面反光镜5,因为有特殊结构的散热器2,由凹面反光镜5的聚光效果产生的热量能得到及时的散发。
还可以沿投射方向在凹面反光镜5上叠设一透镜6,以丰富灯照投射的效果。
作为上述技术方案的改进,散热器2的底部开口处制有与凹面反光镜5的边沿匹配的倒角斜面22。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,设有镜框7,倒角斜面22边沿设有与镜框7匹配的凹槽23,镜框7嵌设在凹槽23内以固定凹面反光镜5和透镜6。镜框23设有内螺纹,凹面反光镜5和透镜6的位置通过与镜框23的内螺纹的配合来调节并固定。

下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步的说明,但本实用新型所保护的范围并不局限于此。
如图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,改进的LED灯照具,包括电源套筒1、散热器2、LED灯3和灯座4,LED灯3安装在电源套筒1内,散热器2环设在电源套筒1外表,灯座4设在散热器2的顶部,灯座4上可以安装任何通用的卡口或螺口灯头,如MR16、E27、PAR系列等。
散热器2包括复数个散热鳍片21,散热鳍片21呈放射状等间距排列成环状罩杯,扣设在电源套筒1外表。电源套筒1下方设有凹面反光镜5,因为有特殊结构的散热器2,还沿投射方向在凹面反光镜5上叠设一透镜6。散热器2的底部开口处制有与凹面反光镜5的边沿匹配的倒角斜面22,还设有镜框7,倒角斜面22边沿设有与镜框7匹配的凹槽23,镜框7嵌设在凹槽23内以固定凹面反光镜5和透镜6。镜框23设有内螺纹,凹面反光镜5和透镜6的位置通过与镜框23的内螺纹的配合来调节并固定。
本实用新型具有如下的有益效果:
散热效果理想,能有效的发散LED灯照具本身的高温,还能使聚光效果产生的热量能得到及时的散发,既丰富了灯照投射的效果又保障了元器件的使用寿命,使得大功率LED灯照具的开发使用得以实现。

Claims (7)

1.改进的LED灯照具,其特征在于:包括电源套筒(1)、散热器(2)、LED灯(3)和灯座(4),LED灯(3)安装在电源套筒(1)内,散热器(2)环设在电源套筒(1)外表,灯座(4)设在散热器(2)的顶部,灯座(4)上可以安装通用的卡口或螺口灯头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的LED灯照具,其特征在于:散热器(2)包括复数个散热鳍片(21),散热鳍片(21)呈放射状等间距排列成环状罩杯,扣设在电源套筒(1)外表。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改进的LED灯照具,其特征在于:电源套筒(1)下方设有凹面反光镜(5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的改进的LED灯照具,其特征在于:设有透镜(6),透镜(6)叠设于凹面反光镜(5)的投射方向上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的改进的LED灯照具,其特征在于:散热器(2)的底部开口处制有与凹面反光镜(5)的边沿匹配的倒角斜面(22)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的改进的LED灯照具,其特征在于:设有镜框(7),倒角斜面(22)边沿设有与镜框(7)匹配的凹槽(23),镜框(7)嵌设在凹槽(23)内以固定凹面反光镜(5)和透镜(6)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的改进的LED灯照具,其特征在于:镜框(23)设有内螺纹,凹面反光镜(5)和透镜(6)的位置通过与镜框(23)的内螺纹的配合来调节并固定。
