一、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种空心抽油杆接头,特别涉及一种高抗扭拒接头。
二、背景技术:
普通的空心抽油杆在使用时,两端螺纹容易卡住,经常出现解不开接头的情况,给修井工人带来了很大的劳动强度,卡的较紧时,只能采用锯断的方法,导致了空心抽油杆报废较多,给油田造成了较大的经济损失。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种降低修井工人劳动强度的高抗扭拒接头。
其技术方案是:由公接头和母接头组成,联接部分均采用锥度高扭拒螺纹;所述的公接头和母接头的中间都设有扳手方,下部为圆柱形。
所述的锥度高扭拒螺纹的表面设有镀铜层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:油井作业时,采用高扭拒空心抽油杆,不会发生卡丝现象,且使用上装卸方便,大大降低了油井操作人员的劳动强度,减少了普通空心杆使用中的报废现象,为抽油行业大大降低了作业成本,提高了工作效率。

其技术方案是:由公接头1和母接头2组成,联接部分均采用锥度高扭拒螺纹3;所述的公接头1和母接头2的中间都设有扳手方4,下部为圆柱形。所述的锥度高扭拒螺纹3的表面设有镀铜层,大大减少了普通螺纹的粘扣现象,在很大程度上提高了空心抽油杆的使用寿命,另一个特点就是起到了密封的作用。高扭拒接头和空心抽油杆体通过摩擦焊接而成。通过高扭拒接头的多次应用试验,实践证明:油井作业时,采用高扭拒空心抽油杆,不会发生卡丝现象,且使用上装卸方便,大大降低了油井操作人员的劳动强度,减少了普通空心杆使用中的报废现象,为抽油行业大大降低了作业成本,提高了工作效率。

1.一种高抗扭拒接头,其特征是:由公接头(1)和母接头(2)组成,联接部分均采用锥度高扭拒螺纹(3);所述的公接头(1)和母接头(2)的中间都设有扳手方(4),下部为圆柱形。
