一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种油田采油用的抽油杆,具体的讲是一种镦锻式接箍连接高抗扭矩空心抽油杆。
二、背景技术
目前,国内油田采油用的空心抽油杆多为摩擦焊式普通平扣空心杆,因其在使用时,存在最主要的两个弊病:一、两端螺纹容易卡住,且螺纹容易磕碰损伤,经常出现解不开接头的情况,给修井工带来很大的劳动强度,卡的较紧时,只能采用锯断的方法,因导致了空心抽油杆报废较多;二、接头及接箍跟杆体为摩擦焊接式,经常出现因摩擦焊口应力集中而发生裂纹、断脱的现象,给采油作业带来了很大的困难,给油田造成了很大的经济损失。
三、实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、成本低廉的镦锻式接箍连接高抗扭矩空心抽油杆。
