测井装置旁通短节的防喷密封装置,属于钻井测井装置技术领域。所要解决的技术问题是提供一种密封性好的测井装置旁通短节的防喷密封装置。解决其技术问题的技术方案包含旁通短节、电缆导入孔、活门孔、钢球、弹簧及螺塞;旁通短节的内壁上有电缆导入孔及活门孔,电缆导入孔与旁通短节内孔相通;活门孔位于电缆导入孔之下与电缆导入孔相通,活门孔下段有内螺纹;钢球及弹簧的直径略小于活门孔内径,装入活门孔中,钢球表面与装入电缆导入孔中的电缆表面接触;螺塞的外表有外螺纹,螺塞装入活门孔下段的内螺纹中,上端面与弹簧的下端紧密接触将弹簧压紧。本实用新型应用于测井。有益效果是可以在发生溢流时及时关闭电缆导入孔。

本实用新型属于钻井测井装置技术领域。
背景技术
已有技术测井装置电缆,从装在两节钻具之间的旁通短节上电缆导入孔导入。在测井中发生井下溢流时,须将电缆撤出,并将旁通短节关闭。已有技术,是在旁通短节内,设置一个活门,装入电缆打开,撤出电缆关闭。不足之处是活门处经常积聚杂物,不能严密关闭。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题是提供一种密封性好的测井装置旁通短节的防喷密封装置。
解决其技术问题的技术方案,包含旁通短节、电缆导入孔、活门孔、钢球、弹簧及螺塞;旁通短节为有内孔的圆筒,装在两节钻具之间,其内壁上有电缆导入孔及活门孔,电缆导入孔与旁通短节内孔相通,内装有孔垫圈;活门孔位于电缆导入孔之下与电缆导入孔相通,活门孔有内螺纹;钢球及弹簧的直径略小于活门孔内径,以钢球在上、弹簧在下次序装入活门孔内,钢球表面与装入电缆导入孔中的电缆表面接触;螺塞的直径与活门孔内径相适应,其外表有外螺纹,螺塞装入活门孔的内螺纹中,上端面与弹簧的下端接触将其压紧。
在测井作业中,钢球与电缆表面接触,当发生井下溢流可能导致井喷而撤出电缆时,钢球在弹簧弹力作用下进入电缆导入孔,将原装电缆处垫圈孔堵住,防止钻具内的泥浆泄漏。
有益效果:本实用新型应用于测井。有益效果是可在发生溢流时及时关闭电缆导入孔。

具体实施方式
旁通短节1为有内孔的圆筒,装在两节钻具7之间,内壁上有电缆导入孔2及活门孔3,电缆导入孔2与旁通短节内孔相通;活门孔3位于电缆导入孔2之下与电缆导入孔2相通,活门孔3有内螺纹;钢球4及弹簧5的直径小于活门孔3内径,以钢球4在上弹簧5在下次序装入活门孔3中,钢球4表面与装入电缆导入孔2中的电缆表面接触;螺塞6外表有外螺纹,装入活门孔3的内螺纹中,上端面与弹簧5的下端接触将其压紧。

1.测井装置旁通短节的防喷密封装置,包含旁通短节(1),其特征在于还包含电缆导入孔(2)、活门孔(3)、钢球(4)、弹簧(5)及螺塞(6);旁通短节(1)为有内孔的圆筒,装在两节钻具(7)之间,其内壁上有电缆导入孔(2)及活门孔(3),电缆导入孔(2)与旁通短节(1)内孔相通;活门孔(3)位于电缆导入孔(2)之下与电缆导入孔(2)相通,活门孔(3)有内螺纹;钢球(4)及弹簧(5)的直径略小于活门孔(3)内径,以钢球(4)在上、弹簧(5)在下的次序装入活门孔(3)中,钢球(4)表面与装入电缆导入孔(2)中的电缆表面接触;螺塞(6)的直径与活门孔(3)内径相适应,其外表有外螺纹,螺塞(6)装入活门孔(3)的内螺纹中,上端面与弹簧(5)的下端接触将其压紧。
