散热片是组成暖气片的基本零部件,它包括一散热片体,散热片体具有横向的蒸汽通道,散热片体上还设有用于叠加多片散热片的螺纹孔,所述的螺纹孔位于所述的蒸汽通道上。现有的散热片其散热片体和蒸汽通道是采用拉升成型的型材,其采用一体的铝材料,蒸汽通道的耐压性能较低。
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有散热片耐压性能较低的不足,本实用新型提供一种耐压性能较高的散热片。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是:散热片,包括铝制散热片体,所述的铝制散热片体具有蒸汽通道,该铝制散热片体上还设有用于叠加多片散热片的螺纹孔,所述的螺纹孔位于所述的蒸汽通道上,所述的蒸汽通道为一铁管,所述的铁管外还包覆有铝层。
所述的螺纹孔有两个,位于所述蒸汽通道的两端。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:由于采用铁管作为蒸汽通道,因此其耐压性得到提升,铁管外包覆的铝层确保有效散热。
