本实用新型属医疗器械,具体涉及一种胫骨、股骨等人体管状骨头骨折部位治疗用的髓内钉空心钻。
背景技术:
目前,用于骨折治疗的髓内钉,要在骨骼一端钻出通髓腔的骨壁孔才能进行植入固定,钻骨壁孔大多采用手动开口锥,髓内钉的开口位置易产生偏移或扭转,导致植入髓内钉困难,解决这一问题,通常采用X射线设备进行引导,需多次反复透视,开孔时间长,对病人及医务人员造成损伤,而手术时间过长,多数病人需要输血,易发生一些输血并发症。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种定位准确,手术时间短,减少X射线对病人和医务人员伤害的髓内钉空心钻。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种髓内钉空心钻,其特征是:在开口钻内设有一通孔,通孔内设有与其相配合的定位克氏针。
由于采用上述技术方案,使用时,选好开口点,通过X射线将定位克氏针置入骨内,再将开口钻套在定位克氏针上,沿其方向钻出骨壁孔,因而具有定位准确,手术时间短,减少X射线对病人和医务人员伤害的优点。

具体实施方式:
参考附图,一种髓内钉空心钻,在开口钻1内设有一通孔2,通孔2内设有与其相配合的定位克氏针3。使用时,选好开口点,通过X射线将定位克氏针置入骨内,再将开口钻套在定位克氏针上,沿其方向钻出骨壁孔,将髓内钉导入后固定即可。
