本实用新型是一种空调用毛细管,包括毛细管,其特征在于上述毛细管的一端或两端的端部为扩口端。本实用新型由于毛细管的一端或两端的端部为扩口端,毛细管和其它零部件连接时,不需要过渡管及焊接,因此,从根本上消除毛细管焊堵现象发生,确保安装质量,降低了成本,同时提高了生产效率。

本实用新型涉及一种毛细管,特别是一种空调用毛细管。
背景技术
毛细管作为空调系统里面的零部件之一,主要起到节流降压的作用。毛细管一般为管径小于Φ6的铜管,而为了和空调系统内的其它管径大于Φ6的管路进行连接,则必须在毛细管和其它管路之间增加一段过渡管,过渡管的直径一般介于毛细管外径和其它管路的内径之间(有需要的时候可以根据需要对过渡管两端进行适当的管端处理),然后用钎焊工艺通过过渡管将毛细管和其它管路连接起来。这种结构的毛细管存在的缺陷主要是:1、因为毛细管内径很小,钎焊加工的过程中容易焊堵毛细管;2、通过过渡管连接,过渡管两端都存在一个钎焊焊口,存在焊口泄漏的质量隐患,同时增加材料成本,影响生产效率。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种质量可靠,成本低,能够提高生产效率的空调用毛细管,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种空调用毛细管,包括毛细管,其中上述毛细管的一端或两端的端部为扩口端。
本实用新型由于毛细管的一端或两端的端部为扩口端,毛细管和其它零部件连接时,不需要过渡管及焊接,因此,从根本上消除毛细管焊堵现象发生,确保安装质量,降低了成本,同时提高了生产效率。
