一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种自动生化分析仪用试剂瓶,具体讲为一种供自动生化分析仪存放试剂的容器。
二、背景技术
目前,自动生化分析仪器所用的试剂瓶有多种,形式多样。
三、发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术状况,提供一种结构简单,设计巧妙的自动生化分析仪用试剂瓶,该试剂瓶放置于试剂盘上定位准确,便于仪器自动吸取试剂。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施实现的:
一种自动生化分析仪用试剂瓶,它包括瓶体与瓶盖,其特征在于所述瓶体整体呈扁平状近似长方体,其截面呈近似梯形。
瓶体以扁平面为正面的两侧面分为一宽面、一窄面,瓶体截面呈梯形。
瓶体扁平面的正、反面两侧沿瓶底向上均设有凹槽,所述凹槽与试剂盘上相应的安装槽相适配。
瓶口位于瓶体顶部宽面侧,瓶口上设有相适配的瓶盖。
瓶口高度为8mm±2mm,内径为11mm±3mm  瓶体(含瓶口)高度为88mm±5mm,宽度为61mm±5mm;瓶体宽侧面宽度为17.5mm±2mm,窄侧面宽度为9mm±2mm;瓶壁厚度1mm±0.5mm。
瓶体扁平面上凹槽高度≥50mm,凹槽宽度为3-30.5mm。
瓶口与瓶盖通过螺纹连接;瓶体的各边角部均采用弧形倒角。
本实用新型相比现有技术试剂瓶具有如下优点:
本实用新型自动生化仪专用试剂瓶是在原有试剂瓶基础上改进设计的。其基本外形为扁平状瓶体,其截面呈近似梯形结构,于瓶体的边部设计为凹槽结构。

实施例一:
本实用新型的自动生化分析仪用试剂瓶包括瓶体与瓶盖,所述瓶体呈扁平状近似长方体,其截面呈近似梯形,瓶体以扁平面为正面,两侧面与试剂盘上相应的安装槽相适配。瓶口高度为8mm±2mm,内径为11mm±3mm;瓶体(含瓶口)高度为88mm±5mm,宽度为61mm±5mm;瓶体宽侧面宽度为14.5mm±3.5mm,窄侧面宽度为6mm±3mm;瓶壁厚度为1mm±0.5mm。
实施例二:
本实用新型还可以采用以下结构形式,如图1、图2、图3所示,该试剂瓶包括瓶体1与瓶盖,所述瓶体1呈扁平状近似长方体,其截面呈近似梯形,瓶体1以扁平面为正面,其正、反两面的两侧沿瓶底向上均设有凹槽2,两面凹槽2位置相对应,所述凹槽2与试剂盘上相应的安装槽相适配。
瓶体1的截面呈梯形是指其以扁平面为正面,两侧面分为一宽面3、一窄面4,如此截面即呈梯形,瓶口5位于瓶顶靠宽面3的一侧。为与试剂盘的安装槽相适配,试剂瓶摆满试剂盘一圈为40只瓶,故本实用新型称为40型试剂瓶。
瓶口5位于瓶体顶部宽面侧,瓶口5上设有相适配的瓶盖6。瓶体1上凹槽2的设置主要作用是为了准确定位。
本实用新型的试剂瓶的具体尺寸可以如下:瓶口高度h为8mm±2mm,内径r为11mm±3mm;瓶体(含瓶口)高度H为88mm±5mm,宽度D为61mm±5mm;瓶体宽侧面宽度d1为17.5mm±2mm,窄侧面宽度d2为9mm±2mm;瓶壁厚度a为1mm±0.5mm。瓶体扁平面上凹槽高度L≥50mm,即该凹槽可以开至瓶体顶部。凹槽宽度d的范围为3-30.5mm,即凹槽宽度最大可以开至瓶体中部。
瓶体扁平面两侧的凹槽最佳尺寸为:高度L为60mm±1mm,宽度d为6mm±1mm,深度t为1.5mm±0.5mm。
瓶口5与瓶盖6通过螺纹连接;瓶体1的各边角部均采用弧形倒角,以方便试剂瓶的插入与取出。

1.一种自动生化分析仪用试剂瓶,它包括瓶体与瓶盖,其特征在于所述瓶体整体呈扁平状长方体,其截面呈梯形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的试剂瓶,其特征在于瓶体以扁平面为正面的两侧面分为一宽面、一窄面,瓶体截面呈梯形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的试剂瓶,其特征在于所述瓶体扁平面的正、反面两侧沿瓶底向上均设有凹槽,所述凹槽与试剂盘上相应的安装槽相适配。
4.根据权利要求3所述的试剂瓶,其特征在于瓶口位于瓶体顶部宽面侧,瓶口上设有相适配的瓶盖。
5.根据权利要求3所述的试剂瓶,其特征在于所述瓶口高度为8mm±2mm,内径为11mm±3mm;瓶体高度为88mm±5mm,宽度为61mm±5mm;瓶体宽侧面宽度为17.5mm±2mm,窄侧面宽度为9mm±1mm;瓶壁厚度1mm±0.5mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的试剂瓶,其特征在于所述瓶体扁平面上凹槽高度≥50mm,凹槽宽度d为3-30.5mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的试剂瓶,其特征在于所述凹槽高度为60mm±1mm,宽度d为6mm±1mm,深度t为1.5mm±0.5mm。
8.根据权利要求3所述的试剂瓶,其特征在于瓶口与瓶盖通过螺纹连接;瓶体的各边角部均采用弧形倒角。
