本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施实现的:
一种自动生化分析仪用试剂瓶, 它包括瓶体与瓶盖, 其特征在于所述瓶体 整体呈扁平状近似长方体, 其截面呈近似梯形。 瓶体以扁平面为正面的两侧面 分为一宽面、 一窄面, 瓶体截面呈梯形。
本实用新型在瓶体扁平面的正、 反面两侧沿瓶底向上均设有凹槽, 所述凹 槽与试剂盘上相应的安装槽相适配。
瓶口位于瓶体顶部宽面侧, 瓶口上设有相适配的瓶盖。
瓶口高度为 8mm±2mm, 内径为 l lmm±3mm; 瓶体 (含瓶口) 高度为 88mm±5mm, 宽度为 61mm±5mm; 瓶体宽侧面宽度为 17.5mm±2mm, 窄侧面 宽度为 9 mm±2mm; 瓶壁厚度 lmm±0.5mm。
瓶体扁平面上凹槽高度 50 , 凹槽宽度为 3— 30.5mm。
瓶口与瓶盖通过螺紋连接; 瓶体的各边角部均采用弧形倒角。
本实用新型相比现有技术试剂瓶具有如下优点:

实施例二:
本实用新型还可以采用以下结构形式, 如图 1、 图 2、 图 3所示, 该试剂瓶 包括瓶体 1与瓶盖, 所述瓶体 1呈扁平状近似长方体, 其截面呈近似梯形, 瓶 体 1以扁平面为正面, 其正、反两面的两侧沿瓶底向上均设有凹槽 2,两面凹槽 2位置相对应, 所述凹槽 2与试剂盘上相应的安装槽相适配。
瓶体 1的截面呈梯形是指其以扁平面为正面,两侧面分为一宽面 3、一窄面 4, 如此截面即呈梯形, 瓶口 5位于瓶顶靠宽面 3的一侧。 为与试剂盘的安装槽 相适配, 试剂瓶摆满试剂盘一圈为 40只瓶, 故本实用新型称为 40型试剂瓶。
瓶口 5位于瓶体顶部宽面侧,瓶口 5上设有相适配的瓶盖 6。瓶体 1上凹槽 2的设置主要作用是为了准确定位。
本实用新型的试剂瓶的具体 寸可以如下:瓶口高度 h为 8mm±2mm, 内径 r为 llmm±3mm;瓶体(含瓶 )高度 H为 88mm±5mm,宽度 D为 61mm±5mm; 瓶体宽侧面宽度(^为 17.5mm±2mm, 窄侧面宽度(12为 9 mm±2mm; 瓶壁厚度 a 为 lmm±0.5mm。 瓶体扁平面上凹槽高度 L 50mm, 即该凹槽可以开至瓶体顶 部。 凹槽宽度 d的范围为 3— 30.5mm, 即凹槽宽度最大可以开至瓶体中部。
瓶体扁平面两侧的凹槽最佳尺寸为: 高度 L 为 60mm±lmm, 宽度 d为 6mm±lmm, 深度 t为 1.5mm±0.5mmo
瓶口 5与瓶盖 6通过螺纹连接; 瓶体 1的各边角部均采用弧形倒角, 以方 便试剂瓶的插入与取出。

3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的试剂瓶, 其特征在于所述瓶体扁平面的正、 反面两侧沿瓶底向上均设有凹槽, 所述凹槽与试剂盘上相应的安装槽相适配。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的试剂瓶, 其特征在于瓶口位于瓶体顶部宽面侧, 瓶口上设有相适配的瓶盖。
5、根据权利要求 3所述的试剂瓶,其特征在于所述瓶口高度为 8mm±2mm, 内径为 llmm±3mm; 瓶体高度为 88mm±5mm, 宽度为 61mm±5mm; 瓶体宽侧 面宽度为 17.5mm±2mm, 窄侧面宽度为 9 mm±lmm; 瓶壁厚度 lmm±0.5mm。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的试剂瓶, 其特征在于所述瓶体扁平面上凹槽高度 ^50mm, 凹槽宽度 d为 3— 30.5mm。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的试剂瓶,其特征在于所述凹槽高度为 60mm±lmm, 宽度 d为 6mm±lmm, 深度 t为 1.5mm±0.5mmo
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的试剂瓶, 其特征在于瓶口与瓶盖通过螺纹连接; 瓶体的各边角部均采用弧形倒角。
